This was the first time I stayed at the Royal Garden. True to the tradition of all hotels in Hong Kong, my stay at the Royal Garden was fantastic. From the start during check-in, the room itself, the room service, the Greenery restaurant and check out experience was all wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the room on the...

Loved my night at the RGHK. Fantastic staff at the CC check-in-desk. The way everything is designed and laid out in the room is simply perfect - such attention to detail. The roof top pool and hot tub are definitely the centerpieces of this place. View took my breath away at night. One tip for them to improve would be...

Nice rooms, modern and very clean. Hotel is in a great location and is well kept. Multiple restaurants in the hotel, I had the breakfast buffet twice, very good! I would definitely stay there again given the opportunity.

Had ciggrettes smell in a non-smoking room. Took a while to get rid of the smell. Overall room is nice and cosy. Cramp walkway. Location is good and near to bus stops to and fro from city areas and airport.

Checking in was good but was unaware of the $4000 HKD credit card holding fee. I think the fee is rather high but I am aware this is becoming standard hotel practice around the world. Room was very good and had everything you needed. Bathroom was, small, but good especially with a large shower nozzle. Beds and pillows comfortable. Nice...

I've stayed at this hotel for over 20 years, and I can't imagine staying at another place. What I love the most is the people, hands down the best, most professional and friendly. I also love the REAL swimming pool, the TST East location and the food is to die for. The 12 floor is great if you are there...

After taking a long flight from Australia, we arrived at the hotel at 1 pm. There was a long queue for check-in (about 10 people) and room wasn't ready. But the check-in clerk took the passport details, credit card etc. As the official check in time wa 2 pm, we had no issues about that even though in many other...

Finally, they have completed the hotel renovation to include a very nice club lounge, health club, spa, bars and restaurants. Great location within central Kowloon - the renovations have made a significant improvement. Walking distance to the heart of Kowloon.

I had to wait for quite sometimes for my clothes to be picked up for ironing. The Bell captain was extremely helpful. Love the Japanese restaurant in the hotel( they did ran out of lots of selection, during lunch..sighs... Otherwise, everything else is fine.
