Arrived at the hotel to be given a cheaper room than I had paid for, brought it to check in staff attention who then refused to actually give me the room I had paid for and then nipped into the office to assist Doris the manager who came out to demand more money for the room I’d booked and paid for when I refused I was asked to leave the hotel. Very unreliable and unprofessional staff. I booked direct on their website it was their problem I will never ever stay there again. The last thing you need after a 17 hour flight. Absolutely appalling and Doris need sacking with immediate effect
I stay in Roya Pacific Hotel for quarantine from 17 Jul to 24 July 2022. It sites in one of the city centres of Hong Kong, I is very convenient to access and plenty of shopping centres and restaurants around. The service of hotel staff is very professional and customer focused. The room is clean and comfortable. It exceeds value for money. I will stay in this hotel next time for my quarantine and staycation. Also, I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to stay in Royal Pacific Hotel.
We've been staying in this hotel every time we go to HK, and every time we get a room with only partial view of the harbour view inspite of paying for room with Harbourview. This time the room was dirty, dust everywhere, the furnitures all have scratches and in disrepair, the couch is dirty, and the bathroom has mold. I've just had it with this hotel, and after the first night, we moved out! We checked in at the Intercon on Mody Rd, Harbourview room. We paid for harbour view and we got a harbour view room. No cheating! Will never stay in Royal Pacific anymore!
This is the third stay in this hotel we are happy to have high floor, partly sea view room, with early check in and late check out. They can meet with our request. The room is clean and bed is comfortable Staff is patient and friendly.
Disappointed when compare to my last visit at 2020. The difference between pacific grand room and standard room is huge. Staff are nice, location is good, air purifier provided, no usb plug, no bottle water.
This hotel is really not up to standard in every aspect. I booked the pacific grand room which is already one category higher than standard rooms. The room is in a weird rectangular shape with the couch facing the window with a view of the opposite building. Their hotel website(actually even at other hotel booking websites) is extremely misleading and it’s nothing like how it is in real even the bathroom( websites show photo of bathtub but there isn’t one) I called the reception to ask nicely about moving rooms and their attitude definitely not the friendliest I definitely will not want to stay here again
Very professional staff, excellent location, very clean rooms and location in general, great price for the locality, very close to the harbour and Kowloon street markets and thousands of restaurants, very satisfied with my stay
The room is clean and with open city view, which is above Carton Road, TST. There are 3 meals per day with snacks. The meals are mainly Chinese food, I'm fine but if someone doesn't like don't have other choice. The hotel provided sufficient information of the quarantine procedures and it's easy to be called when have inquiries.
I have a good stay, the food was quite healthy, a pleasant stay and comfortable experience and a few helpful staff. Moreover, I would love to have an ocean view in the future and would definitely, recommend others!
