Ummm. The photos of the rooms look terrific. I got one of the many rooms that had not been renovated. Dirty carpets. Taps that don't turn off etc. Moved to Booth Lodge 2 doors away - much better all round. See different review.
Excellent, quiet location but close to public transport and Temple St eateries and market. Clean room with good shower/bath. Friendly reception staff. Great budget hotel in Kowloon, would definitely stay again. Though skip breakfast as it's really not great and there are plenty of decent...More
We three of us booked a double bedroom on the 17th floor. It's better than expected. Although it is old building, there is no smell, neat and tidy inside the room, especially it is clean. Free newspaper every morning, nice and helpful front staffs, security...More

Take bus A21 right at the airport to Yau Ma Tei; Get off at Man Ming Lane bus stop (either the bus driver will announce the bus stop name or you can see it in the list inside the bus). Get off and keep walking until you see 7-11 store on your left. Make a left turn at 7-11 and you can see the hotel in front of you about 30 meters from Nathan Rd. Very convenient. Remember HK drives on the left and the bus stop is on the left of the road. To return to the airport go across the street and the bus runs overnight and early morning. I've been to HK almost each year.

I don't know if they allow you to check out late. Remember, you can check out before 12:00pm and store your luggage in the store room at the lobby. They are very strict with number of occupants and check-in and out time. I once got there around 12pm, I have to store my luggage at the hotel and came back around 2:00pm to check in.
