A very comfortable stay at Lodgewood hotel with the family. We were given two rooms next to each other on the same floor with twin beds as requested. The room has good amenities and the hotel is in a prime location within bustling Mongkok making it very convenient. The lobby is modern and well designed with a lovely team at reception. Special shout out to Jess and Ray for their polite and attentive service, answering questions and giving great recommendations. Also thank you to the friendly housekeeping team! Would definitely recommend Lodgewood hotel and hope to stay there again in the future. 多謝你們!

We had a wonderful stay at Lodgewood, staff are friendly, room is spacious and location is super convenient to everything. Special kudos to the team, especially jessie, ray and jess very patient and helpful with our questions and even gave us recommendations on restaurants and bars in town. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Positive experience at Lodgewood for Hong Kong Registration staff Jess Cheung's service is warmth, prompt and very friendly even while wearing mask. Nice and great smile. Enjoyed the check in with her patient and helpful service even though it took a little while. She also tried to accede to requests as much as possible such as checking restaurant occupancy. Hotel is well maintained, spacious, and clean. Only issue was that the initial room came with strong cigarette smell even though we requested for non smoking room, which the reception quickly changed the room for us. Food was very delicious. Do visit the restaurants in this hotel for a great experience and nice food.

This is the second time to Lodgewood and first time dinning at Canton pot, it definitely a perfect trip. The hotel is stylish, service is excellent. A thumbs up to Front Desk staff - Dave and Ray, they helped us to buy Disneyland tickets online for my family and also recommended some sightseeing to us . Also helped us to reserve taxi for my departure. Everything were well planned and thanks for the patients and kind service. Lodgewood was worth to stay, thank you every staff that gave us a wonderful trip!

We were surprised by their Easter decorations in the lobby! The duty manager Jessie upgraded our room to Corner room upon check in which is wonderful. Thank you Jessie for her kind assistance during our stay! The bed and pillow were very comfortable.

This is the third time I have stayed at Lodgwood Mongkok. Each time I have stayed for a week and I did not want to leave. The hotel staff especially Dave , Jess ,Ray ,Raymond and the evening secuity staff are so helpful and kind, they make you feel welcome and special. The hotel is spotless. The bathroom and shower are awesome. The bed is comfortable. The quiet street that the hotel is on is an oasis. I love this hotel.

My second time to stay at this hotel. Most convenient area, Check in service is very fast but not complicated. I dated with my friend for Dinner and Drink. The Beer Street located just 10 minutes walking. After drink, I can go back hotel very soon. Also, the convenience store is very close for me to buy my supper. As I knew there is microwave at room, I can make it myself.

Very bad hygienic condition, water stain could be found everywhere in bathroom. Noise isolation is poor, you could listen to the conversation outside the room very clearly. Overall a very bad experience for couple.
