Detailed Reviews
My friend and I spent 3 nights here before embarking on a cruise around Vietnam.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful but the concierge was hopeless. The hotel itself is very dated and in much need of a revamp. The first room we were offered was a reasonable size but the bathroom was tiny so we requested a different room. Apparently they have rooms that are decorated in colours that might best suit your mood. Both the rooms offered to us were nicotine yellow with threadbare carpet and the room didn't feel as clean as it could've been. The light fittings didn't feel safe to use either because their attachment to the wall wasn't very secure. They provided toiletries, a robe and slippers.
We were booked for room only and were told that breakfast would be 10HK$ so we decided to give it a go. There was a mixture of food in the buffet, from different' local cultures which was nice though the breakfast area was more like being in a dark nightclub. We were charged more than 10$ when we checked out so make sure you/they completely understand the pricing and that there's no hidden charges.
There is a bus stop outside the hotel which provides buses for the local area and we managed most of our sightseeing via this means. The shopping area took around 20 mins to walk to and took us through subways and unsurpassed that contained many homeless people but at no time did we feel unsafe.
Finding cheap restaurants locally in the afternoon was not too bad and we found a couple only a short walk away but finding somewhere close by to eat in the evening was more problematic, made harder by the fact that we were there during Chinese New Year and restaurants tended to close early so staff could be with family.
We were at this hotel for 3 nights and I would not have wanted to stay longer. Good for a short stopover or business trip but would not use for a holiday.

This is our last night in Hong Kong and we have had a lovely stay at the Cosmo Hotel. After a very long flight we were greeted by Hugo and his team, who was so professional and friendly and check in was very smooth and professional. Hugo allocated us a city view room on the 21st floor with inter leading doors so that our children and us could technically be together in the same room. The view was amazing and the rooms were very spacious. Hugo was very helpful giving advice about the nearest MTR etc plus also advising us to wear face masks and use hand sanitizer. The hotel is a great base and conveniently situated between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. The breakfast was good and the staff were so friendly. Our room was always cleaned to a high standard and our cleaner always topped up the complimentary toiletries and free bottled water. We loved coming back to our rooms after a busy day sightseeing or hiking. Thank you Cosmo Hotel for a lovely stay at your hotel and we will definitely be back!

Upon arriving in Hong Kong fir a very long layover, we'r realized we didn't have a room booked. Cosmo had 2 rooms available with free wifi, breakfast included for a very reasonable price. Shower was great ! Breakfast was good with a varied selection of foods. Service was prompt and friendly.

We stayed in the Cosmo Hotel for 3 nights in Mid January 2020. After a long flight from the UK we received a very friendly welcome from Matthew the concierge who resolved a number of city visit issues we had. The Cosmo provides good accommodation at reasonable rates. Our room on the 23rd floor had great views of the skyscrapers. The buffet breakfast was provided between 6:30 to 10:30 giving flexibility for a lie in or an early start. We found the location central to our activities / exploration of the city. We hope you enjoy your stay at the hotel as we did.

Overall was a pleasant stay. The hotel smells and feels clean. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was great and the hotel room view was really nice. I liked that they had hotel slippers, hair dryer, kettle and a filtered water machine at reception to save plastic wastage. The location was perfect for us as you got a bus stop right outside that can take you to central or you can discover another side of the island and go to repulse bay. MRT 10 minutes walk. Brian at reception was friendly at helpful when we asked about the TV. The breakfast really isn’t worth getting at all you have to collect from reception and it was cold no matter what time you went down. The bathroom didn’t have any soap so had to step into shower to get shower gel for hands plus bathroom was small but decent enough. Also seemed to show a bar area in pictures but that was all closed of and used as massive storage area instead. Would’ve been nice to have a cafe or seating area.

Clean room with breakfast and dinner is all we want. The free coffee on the 5th floor and a late 4:00pm checkout on a Saturday gain more credits to the overall value. I highly recommend someone who just want to stay away from your own home and take a rest.

Cosmo hotel is located at the crowd of the city centre with convenience to an array of restaurants and retail shops. With just few minutes of walking distance, I could reach different kinds of crusine. Italian pizza, Japanese sashimi & sushi, American steak, you name it.
Excellent service enjoyed started from the entrance with helpful front desk providing all kinds of useful information. We arrived the hotel with heavy thunderstorm and it is pouring. We have been well served with all kinds of help and we do really appreciate all the watm greeting and welcome when we first enter the front door.
The service of the staff are professional and make us relax. The check in process only takes for less than 5 minutes and welcoming gift were pressnted to us after we have filled in our health declartion form. While dinner will be delivered at 830-9pm per the scheduled time, they do provide a time range for us to collect the breakfast so we could pick that up when we are ready and we could have our breakfast within our room. Together with the convenient location and the well maintained facilities creates a wonderful experience to us. I will recommend my friends to stay at your hotel for sure. Once again thank you for bringing us together with an unforgettable moment to celebrate the birthday.

The front desk staff at the hotel were commendable for their good service and helpfulness. A particular highlight was the smooth check-in process, which was made even more convenient by their willingness to accommodate an early check-in.
However, our stay was less than ideal due to the hotel's lack of suitability for Indian tourists. The amenities offered were insufficient, which was a notable drawback. Breakfast service was another point of contention. The take-away breakfast option provided was very limited and of poor quality. As vegetarians, we found it particularly challenging since the hotel offered scarcely any vegetarian options, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no luggage service provided, adding to the inconvenience.
The location of the hotel also did not meet our expectations. As tourists looking for vibrant surroundings, the area seemed very silent and lacked the liveliness we desired. However, the presence of a Gurudwara nearby was a plus point for those interested in visiting a place of worship.
On a positive note, the room itself was cozy and maintained with cleanliness. The view from the room was also pleasing, although it's worth mentioning that the view included a graveyard, which some guests might find unsettling.
In conclusion, considering the totality of our experience, we feel that the hotel did not provide value for money. The combination of limited service, inadequate offerings for vegetarians, and the less than ideal location detracted significantly from our overall experience. The quality of the room and service from the front staff, while good, were not enough to make up for these drawbacks.

Btw breakfast was quite delicious and until 10:30
+ the latest time of check out 14:00/15:00 which really cool!!!
But its quite hard to get a taxi there...
So guys MTR isn't far, inside the Times Square B2Floor
Or Uber (but its too expensive)

This hotel could be so much more, it is in an excellent part of Hong Kong with easy access to all parts. The entrance is fine but the bedroom although clean is tired and dated with wallpaper peeling away in places. The breakfast was very basic and was like being in a tube station in that how fast could the table be cleared and reset for the next one.
