Excellent location, but what make this hotel stands out is its customer service. Our special thanks to Alan Chan, Victor Cheung and Emily Lau at the Front Desk, and Lee who take care of our housekeeping.

I stayed at the Cosmo Hotel, This is an wonderful small hotel and I have found the rooms were very clean and the hotel was centrally located for my needs. There’s a Number 10 bus stop just outside the hotel, ( exactly at the entrance) and this takes you to central in 5 minutes. The Hotel shuttle bus is located... More

Dear Naresh, It’s delightful to know that you had a wonderful stay at Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong and enjoyed the convenience of the location. Your comment on the service charge of in-room WiFi service is well-noted, actually a daily service charge of HKD 12 is imposed by the internet service provider. We will review this issue with our management in... More

We (my wife and my son, 17 yrs.) had a two nights stay at the Cosmo Hotel in August 2013. The hotel is very clean and tidy; the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a hotel room on the 27th floor with a magnificent view to the city with it's breathtaking skyline. The room wasn't... More

We had a three night stay and really loved the Cosmo Hotel. You would have to work very hard to find friendlier and more helpful staff. The rooms have a few quirky designer touches including a glass desk in the corner. Nice place to sit and write a blog.

I stayed in the Cosmo Hotel for two nights in September. Like most Hong Kong hotels the room was very small. The Cosmo Hotel is approximately 10 mins in a taxi from the city center, so the location is convenient. It is also located across the road from the Happy Valley Race Course, where the races are held every Wednesday... More
