Stayed for three nights in December and found hotel good value for money and staff helpful and friendly. Found Conrad Boyle, the barman in the evening very helpful and interesting to talk to and Ho Chan, one of the reception staff also friendly and helpful. Pleasant room, very comfortable beds and overall a good experience. Thank you! Especially liked Breeze,...

the hotel was in a good location and great value for money, the hotel is ok,it's a bit small which is normal in Hongkong but it's clean. The room was spectacular, even being on a lower floor (small details like the the steam shower, fantastically comfortable bed/pillows, spaciousness, dual control air - one for the dressing room/bath, one for the room,...

Stayed here for a 12/13 night vacation to hong kong, thought it would a change to stay in a hotel rather than stay at the family home. Prior to arriving, i rang the hotel a few days before to confirm the room booking and to check if there were any deposits to be paid. To my shock, i was told...

Dear guest, Thank you for the review. We regret to learn that the reserved room didn’t quite meet your expectation. Though there are a few rooms facing the beautiful historical churchyard, most of our rooms come with spectacular city view. Guests could simply let us know their preference during reservations. While all our mattress is imported from the well-known brand...

My 4 days stay in the hotel were really pleasant. The staffs were helpful in many ways, like telling you about their free shuttle bus service, helped in reserving seats in restaurants, recommended good attractions to visit/good food to try, showed us our way to the nearest railway station. Stayed here for three nights in November with my boyfriend and will stay here again when I return to Hong Kong. PROS 1.Location is great. Quick access (either by walking or taking shuttle) to Causeway Bay, the subway to get to Central station and many other attractions. 2.All staff we encountered (front desk, cleaning, concierge) were friendly and courteous and...

Convenient for the main reason for our trip (wedding at Happy Valley), but a very basic hotel. Rooms were adequate and clean, not spectacular. The AC unit was very noisy, hence we needed to leave off during the night; fortunately it was not hot weather.

Everything was perfect. The sheets were clean, and all amenities were new. The room is typical Hongkong room though, very very tiny. The twin room is just good for 2 (we tried fitting 3 but it wasn't comfortable because their single bed is really just for 1 person, it's smaller than an average single bed) The comfort room is also...

I stayed four nights at the Cosmo earlier this month. The shuttle from the Airport Express station was a little confusing, as the Cosmo is essentially a baby brother hotel for the Cosmpolitan. From this other hotel, you have to walk up a little alley to the Cosmo. Once there though the staff was super friendly and my room on...
