Stayed 2 nights here for a business meeting. The hotel staffs here were very polite and nice. I got Deluxe King Room which is spacious. The amenities provided in the room were such like a 3 star room. The bathtub in the room is quite fragile and little bit worried. Food quality is average, the wifi signal is not stable. The hotel itself is quite complicated, It have three tower with many connecting hallway. It was a pleasant stay, however based on my opinion, this hotel should get 3 stars instead of 4 stars.
They claimed themselves as 4 star but nothing felt like it. 1. We arrived at 2pm something but the room was not ready, it was okay but the front office said they have no idea how long should we wait for the room because the housekeeping said they couldn’t make sure of the timing. As far as I know, all housekeeping in any types of hotel have their own standard cleaning time, so the front office staff just made it up and keep frowning at me. I was also frowning and instead of keeping it professional they also get upset at me, both of them. And I am not exaggerating. The management can check in cctv. Finally they said our room was ready at 3.18pm without bathmat and towels. But it was okay, we just left the hotel without showering because it was too long to wait for the fresh towels and bathmat. 2. The review we read from other guest was true, it’s better to keep the curtain closed because when u open it then u can see the walls have uneven colour 3. Bed sheet are dirty, bathroom dirty, the floor and walls slippery. The towels were ripped. We stayed for 3 nights, I supposed they could give us better because in 3 nights we can notice everything. The slippery part in the bathroom were cleanable but they did not clean them. The toiletries only a couple of toothbrush provided with soap, and liquid body wash and shampoo. Oh and hair dryer attached. 4. The breakfast, not much choices around for a 4 start hotel. 5. On the second day, first breakfast we noticed we had some redness and itching around or body. We thought it was just mosquito bites or food allergies so we went to pharmacy nearby (thank God for that) and bought some medicine just to found out that there were BED BUGS. Amazing for a 4 star hotel. 6. The information board in the elevator was just a printed paper, a bit ripped. So stingy for a 4 star hotel 7. The only thing good about this hotel for me personally were only the FnB STAFFS, HOUSEKEEPING STAFFS, the room was spacious and i enjoy spacious room, location wise well very good, and price was okay. I guess we got what we paid then. Shout out to the hospitality from the FnB and HK team. Unlike the Front Office that supposed to greet us welcomely and nicely, they gave us frowned face and talked to us with bad manner. Again, I was upset because they were only nice for 1 minute and when I asked for the check in time they get upset and talked back at me. They sad “we cannot make sure what time you can check in” “If we say in 30 minutes but still not ready then we will be wrong again” like, are you serious? You guys are the front office but cannot put the right act. And this is a 4 star hotel, at least act like one. Very disappointing experience.…
This hotel have a good location, rate also still compatible and Good staff, nice hotel spesialy Thanks for Rama, Rio and angela in reception always helping with a nice service can't wait to see you again guys
Lobby area when check in process the staff is very helpfull even in crowded situation. Room size spacey . Near from hotel many space for culinary i like ambiance when I stay in this hotel, I think will be back to stay in this hotel when I'm back to jakarta
I booked direct through hotel website at 2 PM and upon check in at 5 PM the receptionist team said there’s no booking u/n my name, before i already call to hotel and they say its confirmed, after i did the check in process,Zainal the receptionist gave me room key pf 1208, when i’m about to open the room there’s a sound of another guest watching and talking inside and there DND sign turn on, i came down to make sure is it the right room, but Zainal didn’t give any apologize instead “this is a wrong key cover”. I also requested to have kingsize bed but eventually the gave me 2 twin bed that they join into 1, i called to ask why they give me this type of bed and named reception named Rio said “so you would like to move to a REAL king size bed?”. In the afternoon when i requested to have late check out time the reception named Ayu already confirmed, but in the next 5 minutes there’s another call to ask if we extend or not, and in the next 15 minutes there’s also a housekeeping staff knock the door and ask the same thing. Foods for breakfast too average. Well it’s really a poor service,i wont come back! But the good side : the restaurant staff really friendly and helpful.…
1st at 9 am staff knock my room for ask check out or not. 2nd at 10 am staff knock my room for ask check out or not 3rd at 11.25 staff call to my room to ask check out or not. How can you make me uncomfortable and angry to ask again? Bad experience to staycation at AONE
i had stay 5 days in A one hotel last week, rooms are clean, bfast is so so and repeating every 3days. unfortunatley the receptionist wouldnt let me had late check out . just to have shower before my flight the rest is decent
Stayed there for a short vacation in Jakarta. Located in Central Jakarta and with many eatery around hotel (Sabang Street Food) surely this hotel is a good choice for who love to eat in their holiday. Check in and Check out was quick, Room was nice and spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful especialy Yedo who handle my request by Phone. Everything in this hotel is cool. Hopefully i can go back to this hotel and tried their buffet nex time.
Stay for 1 day only. Pool is on 4th floor with city view. Room is very clean, perfectly located in city center and beer house is just 100m away from this :) also, sabang ( food street ) is walking distance as . definitely worth to stay with decent price :)
