Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel a good standard. Knives would be useful for breakfast. Cutting meat with a spoon is not easy. Hotel very clean. Nice pool area. Easy access to adjacent mall. Restaurant food is good but the portions small. Problems with internet but very quickly sorted by helpful staff.

My stay in mercure pik was great, i like my room and the breakfast was also good with various options. The best part about this hotel is it's connected to pik avenue mall and it's easy to look for restaurants outside

I love staying here. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast has a lot of variant. The hotel is very strategic as it is nearby the airport and culinary place. The facility was complete as you can find in the 8th floor. Will come back again.

I stayed at Mercure PIK with my husband and daughter during Christmas eve. We welcomed by Santa at lobby area, sharing the cute cookies for my daughter. The front office Mr. Ramos and team was helpful and warm. In the room we received sweet gestures of cake, fruits and another cookies!! We also enjoy the delicious breakfast and nice swimming pool. The staff was attentive and help us a lot. Overall that was a memorable stay for our family, super recommended and definitely will come back again in near time.. ❤️

The hotel room is comfortable, not too big but comfy, also the breakfast is good enough and the choices of the menu is so many, I stayed here longer in mercure PIK and cannot fly back to Japan because I got a bit sick, but they are so helpful, their staff accompany me to the hospital. Thank you

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. Great location with everything around. The mall is just downstairs so you can find the shop and the restaurants. The hotel is not far from the airport. I would recommend this hotel when you stay in Jakarta

Nowaday, I think it's better choice to stay in a hotel than in airbnb etc. In hotel we will got good service, and feels the warm hospitality that we can't get in airbnb etc. Thank you to all the staff.
