Me and my mom had a great stay with spacious and luxury designed bedroom and bathroom, the highlight was large windows viewing. Amenities were exceptionally high-end and met with our needs, loving the aromatherapy fragrant in most corner of the hotel. Staffs were helpful and very friendly. We had a splendid experience. The gym and the pool had an amazing viewing also. Huge thanks to ka Putri for the hospitality!

Every aspect of my stay is beyond my expectation. Delightful with the most helpful staff!! From reception to the restaurant staff in Alice and Tom's. And most comfortable beds ever! Amazing location which is in the heart of Jakarta. Breathtaking view from the rooms. The most stunning infinity pool in Jakarta. What a wonderful experiences, it was so fantastic. I feel like home, they treated me so politely and very nice. Thanks to Mr. Gaylord as a General Manager, Ibu Debby and Mr. Max for giving me a warm welcome. Kuddos to all staff. Thanks to Audi, Ayu, Femi and Bela. Will be back for sure!!

We stayed at Langham Hotel Jakarta to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were assisted by Ms. Yuca during our stay and she has been very helpful from D-3 to arrange all the decorations in our room. She even set a tipi tent and bring gifts to our kids. We got free upgrade to skyline type of room so the views from our room was amazing! The room was very beautiful, the bathtub was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed. We had dinner at Toms and the food and service were excellent also. All the staffs were very thoughtful, helpful and nice, we felt very welcomed and special. Thank you Langham Hotel, Ms. Yuca and Ms. Talitha for the service. We really had a wonderful stay, hope we can go back there soon!

Great service, all staff are friendly and helpful. We even got a cake for our wedding anniversary. The room is clean and we love the design! Also the location is very confinient, near shopping district ASHTA and supermarket Grand Lucky.

My partner and I spent the day and night at The Langham yesterday and to say I was underwhelmed would be pretty accurate. The actual hotel itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully finished and decorated very nicely, which you’d expect. However, they are not geared up properly to deliver 5-star service ( yet ) in my opinion. Check-in should be a fairly quick and simple process- this was not the case. I accept they want to be informative and that’s great, but I’m not there for a chat or to make friends and just want to get the key and get to the room! The room we had was extremely nice and mostly clean and fresh with a superb view. We booked to dine at Tang’s Court and for all you Chinese food lovers, GO THERE!!! It was incredible and I shall absolutely be returning. Great service, delicious food and a nice vibe in the restaurant. Big positive! Now for a big negative… Being a Saturday night you’d understand SCBD to be busy with the nightlife and it sure was. What I didn’t expect was to be able to hear the thumping music from the 59th floor so clearly and until 4am, thus preventing me from getting any meaningful sleep. Bear this in mind when thinking of staying on a weekend, especially on a lower floor! Lastly, the breakfast saga. I booked a room that included breakfast for us both. They’ll tell you it is served in Tom’s restaurant but what they may not, and didn’t in my case, is that should you opt to have it in the room, you’ll be charged a second time, rendering paying for breakfast when booking, redundant. Again, some may say this is a small thing but I believe in full and clear transparency with things like this to avoid any confusion. Fortunately they accepted that I was not told when ordering that I’d be charged in full for what we had by having it in the room but I’m just putting it out there so hopefully nobody else will encounter similar issues. Overall, it was an ‘ok’ experience but aside from Tang’s Court, I don’t think I’d rush back there for a night. I hope others have better experiences than we did and perhaps some additional training could be given and some minor tweaks made to really deliver excellency to the guests!…

Very great hotel and new in jakarta…👍 Service very great and all staff very nice and friendly ,the hotel and interior is amazing … This is our first back jakarta again after long Covid… and they were very good at preparing what I requested, when I got there I was greeted with a warm welcome and the room and everything was well prepared by one of the staff with Yuca and Hani and the other team, and the concierge was also very satisfied with the service, the location of the hotel is very strategic close to the mall, the restaurant is also really good, really recommend it thank you so much and we will come back next holiday🥰✌️🙏🙏 Very recommended 👍🙏🙏🙏 By ibu Su

The front desk, concierge and everyone at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. There was one night when we wanted to eat at a restaurant nearby which did not accept reservations, one of the concierge members went over to queue for us. We were not expecting that. Especially like to thank Kahfi, Ferdinand and Zaneta from concierge for their help. Had a great stay.

Thank you to Yuca for your last minute effort styling the room for out special occasion as long we stayed at the Langham Hotel. We were satisfied of this impressive services. The foods are delicious and the facilities are very clean and comfortable, the room is very neatly arranged. We also love the pool, the executive club, the foods especially at Tang Court.
