Dear Ibis Kmayoran heads and team, your Platinum member recognition during my last stay 4-6 Jan 2020 exceed my expectation, hope you could keep the standard of recognition. we were happy to see some improvement of hard and soft product from our previous stay years back, such as: new towel, good delicious meal during breakfast and lunch, reduce plastic bottles policy, and of course the member benefit we received (welcome fruits, meal vouchers, proper welcome drinks). I hope you could keep up the competition, especially maintaining the years old toilet and showers. best regards!
Very nice to stay at Ibis Jakarta Kemayoran with my big families. Very warm welcome and helpful from front office staffs, from check in until check out. Very nice room and i got my room very clean and great Monas view... Thank you to Ady, Raka and Nadia... Good service at restaurant event... Thank you for Silvy and Arif who serve me very nice .. many variat of food buffet.
First of all i'd like to say thankyou to the GM Mr. Djati and Ms. Nadya from Front Office for preparing my arrival and give me the room with my preference also with the welcome card and room setup. The room view is beautiful, facing to the city for the whole of window it's absolutely remarkable! But the room ac isn't cold enought eventhough i put the lowest of the temperature and the room didn't have save deposit box and minibar also for the worst when i asking to the some of staff the staff said "Kalo itu gatau deh pak tanya aja sana sama fo" and it's absolutely broke my mood!!!!! Nye night comes and i go to restaurant for having a dinner, the restaurant vert lacks of variety of food and tasteless and i think "is this really a nye dinner?". I wish it could never happen again in the future and thankyou for Mr. Endang and Agus from front office for your hospitality.…

1st time stayed at this hotel. Checked in at about 8pm and the reception was busy talking on the phone. I was patiently waiting. Only one staff at the counter. Friendly front desk and security staff. Hotel looks tired and old. But for the price I would not expecting all perfect. Although I booked for one night but extended for an extra night because I need to stay longer in the area. I did not have breakfast. Room was small. Basic standard Ibis room. Definitely ok for 1 or 2 people only. I am happy to stay again in the future at this hotel for same price I paid for. Just one thing that I found that annoying is I am still waiting for my points to be credited into my Accor membership. Although I have contacted them to date there is no response.
Business Hotel like this got only total 4-5 nos of hair dryer & when you requested it late, sorry we can’t help! A hotel with ~130 rooms has got only max 5 hair dryers, so you are only expecting less than 4% of the guest will required this amenities, very good & professional chain hotel group, salute to you! To those who is considering staying here, please bring your own hair dryer, or choose not to wash your hair during the stay, else you will need to sleep with whole wet hair! Hopefully I will not have migraine tomorrow!
