Really this is one of the best budget hotel i have ever stay, the room was really met my expectations. Big and clean also the staff name Martha was so very nice! Thankyou Martha for the hospitality. I love this hotel!!!
I have stayed in this hotel couple of time already, i love the simplicity of the room design, yet clean and comfy ambience. check in and out is easy. i stay at 207 and 309 i manage to have great sleep, they forgot to setup tumbler at 309 and you might need to have a look at the quality of the towels, it start to torn out. Overall i enjoy my stay and love to return. Thank you and good job!
Thanks to D'primahotel WTC Mangga Dua for the satisfying services while I tripped recently. I hope to use the services again in next time I trip. For the satisfying services, I recommend the hotel to stay.
The deluxe room is ok is clean but when you leave your food for even 1 hour, there will be a army of ants. The food stall beside the pedestrian is very nice and cheap. Open from evening till late night. There shopping complex opposite the road is very rundown.
The staff were friendly. They offer simple breakfast from Starbucks (croissant and coffee). The bed was comfy, room was clean, i had a good stay. If you’re here for holiday, I wouldn’t recommend you this location. It’s a little far from the center. If you’re going to Kota, you can take the local bus in front of the hotel, it’s convenient and it’s fun to tryout the local transport. *i forgot to get my deposit back, am still waiting for their reply.
I would like to give 3 stars but after pondering for the fact that the room is clean and it has all essentials in the room and given the fact that the price is very very cheap, I guess this hotel warrants a 4star rating. What I feel they should improve, cheap or not, is their staff service. They are polite, warm and friendly but they took too long to get anything done. My soap dispenser was spoilt when I get in the room fence I asked for a replacement, I haven't got it even after 2 nights. I doubt I'll stay long enough to see it. Housekeeping isn't fantastic, brief and rushed. Other than that, all OK.
I stayed here with my BFF from 6-8 May when we were attending the Hammersonic Festival. We chose this hotel because it was one of the nearest to the festival grounds and also the cheapest. At SGD$30 per night, it’s dirt cheap! Furthermore, it has quite good reviews in Trip Advisor. Here are some my thoughts on about this hotel. Check in – Check in was a breeze. Initially there was some confusion as I had another friend who had booked 2 rooms, with one under my name. Since I checked in first, the staff were struggling to find my name. However it was entirely my fault as the screenshot of the confirmation email which my friend sent to me did not have the booking ID, hence the confusion. Eventually the staff had it settled, and we checked in accordingly. However, a deposit of IDR50k is required for the access card. Room – We stayed in the single twin room which had 2 single beds. The room was rather small, but it was good enough for the both of us.. There is the usual complimentary, tea/coffee (2 bags each) and mineral water (2 bottles) along with a small kettle. However there is no refrigerator, ironing board and the TV was not working. But it was not an issue for us as we were out most of the time anyway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Comparable to that of a 4-5 star hotel. Personally, any bed that is more comfortable than the one at home is good enough for me, regardless if it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. Thankfully the air-con was in a perfect condition. I am very impressed by the size of the toilet. I’ve stayed in 5 star resorts and hotel where the toilets are ridiculously small. However, the shower cubicle needs a small built in corner rack so that guests can place their toiletries. The water pressure for the shower and the heater was perfect. Hotel amenities – The hotel is located along a busy main road. Jakarta is known for their traffic jam. So I’m going to leave the jam part here. Moving on, there is a Starbucks at the hotel lobby and we were given a complimentary breakfast which compromises of a simple bun and coffee from Starbucks. Given the exchange rate, I bought a big Green Tea Latte and a couple of pastries as it is so much cheaper here as compared to Singapore. Alternatively, there are many shops and restaurant down the road. There is a famous restaurant serving authentic “masakan padang” just beside the hotel. I ate there for brunch before attending the festival and it blew my mind. Across the hotel, there are 2 shopping centres. But as compared to the other shopping centres in town, this is considered to be a neighbourhood/lower class type of shopping centre. However, you can find A&W, JCO, and some other eateries at both shopping centres. Staff – They are very friendly and accommodating. They speak decent English and are very well groomed. They would hesitate to advice you on anything that you enquire. D’Prima is the perfect hotel for a “touch and go” kind of vacation where you just come back to the hotel to sleep. We got the room that is further from the road which is good as it can get really noisy in the day. I do not mind staying here again if I were attend the same festival next year.…
Address : Jl. Gunung Sahari, right across WTC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta. Type of room I stayed in : Standard room What it had : Single Bed, Private Bathroom, Air-Conditioned rooms, Safety Deposit Box in each room, Free WiFi connection in room or public area, Elevator, Car Park, water heater, complimentary mineral water, coffee & tea, instant noodle, a Coffee or Tea + a snack (croissant) in the morning as a breakfast at Starbucks. What I like here : – The room will be cleaned everyday so they don’t have sign please clean my room or don’t disturb that you should hang by the door. It can be a plus or a minus because sometimes you want a privacy and don’t want to be disturbed. At least they have manner and knock until you open the door and they don’t open the door themselves if you’re inside the room. – Good service from the staffs, they open the door for you, help you with your luggage, and by the time you finish your check in registration, your luggage has already in your room, and they don’t ask for a tip. I guessed they’re well-paid. – Accept debit card for payment. This is important for me because sometimes I don’t have enough cash or I don’t want to reduce the amount of cash I hold. – Clean and comfortable bedroom & bathroom. All the facilities are clean and new so it’s nice to live here. – The TV and the WiFi are good. What I don’t like here : – The shampoo and soap liquid don’t have a written tag, and they look similar, so you’re kinda confused whether you’re bathing with shampoo or shampooing with soap. Luckily, I bought my own shampoo and soap. – They don’t have a hand soap at the wastafel. So you should go to the shower room to get a soap and get back to the wastafel to wash your hand. Or you could just wash your hand at the shower room. – The hotel don’t have a restaurant. There is only Starbucks at the lobby. So that’s explained why you could only get a breakfast with a simple croissant and it could be boring to eat the same thing over and over if you stayed for a couple of days.…
Are you sure this is a two-star hotel???? Because this hotel deserves more!! I love the service!! The pillows are awesomeeeee.. its like have some kind of guarantee for people who want a good rest. Rather than the superior room, I prefer the standard room. But, in both rooms, everything are neat and clean. Totally will come back again to this hotel. PS: please improve on: a. the breakfast, b. the wifi, and c. put swithes for the lamp near the bed, sometimes people are just want to turn off the lamp while they are on the bed and ready to sleep.. and because after the lamp are turned off, it's hard to find the way back to the bed.
I've been with my wife in this hotel for two nights and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom clean. The staff very polite and helpful. For breakfast you get a voucher to eat at the Starbucks in the hotel. The hotel is far 6 km from the city center, but connected by taxis and public transport. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended
