Pros: good location, comfy bed, cheap Cons: we booked 3 rooms for 2 nites, ask them to place me in quite room (written and verbally while made booking & check in) but THEY PLACED US UNDER THE CLUB (ROOFTOP) with very loud music played at night. The worse thing is they charged me in WRONG PRICE! THEY CHARGED MORE than the price written in accor apps! They dont even realize it until i went down to the front desk again and questioning the 5% 'extra' fee they charged me. They admit they were wrong, the 5% was convert into restaurant deposit, but idk whether it is purely a mistake or a trap!!!

I had arranged for December 2022 a 12-day package of overnight including breakfast and four pieces of laundry per day, 2 small bottles of water, with a water kettle and tea bags at a daily rate of IDR 650,000, about Euro 40. This was an excellent offer! The room (non-smoking) on the 3rd floor was small but clean, the bed very comfortable, the computer seat, light and table fine for working (though the light could have been a bit stronger overall in the room). The a/c functioned well and could be regulated. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. Whenever I called the reception for support their English was excellent and a solution was found instantly. I have been very satisfied with this relatively simple but very comfortable stay. Visit all seasons for breakfast only. Overall makanan dan pelayanan ok, lokasi strategis. As a coffee lover, I like the coffee. Mas Indra juga willing to provide compliment coffee with latte art. The view is also amazing. One of the best with affordable price. Staff sangat ramah. Dibantu juga oleh mas Almar. Thanks a bunch.
