It was such a great getaway to escape the hectic world of work schedule for a while. The service from the staffs was very good, and they made sure the room is disinfected first before we enjoy our stay. We were allowed to decorate the room too and it was so much fun! Also, we love the view of Jakarta from our suite too! We would definitely go back here for another staycation!

If you stay in Jakarta, stay at the Pullman its opposite the Plaza Indonesia and many other eatery within walking distance. We booked the apartment room, that was plenty for any couple travelling for leisure or business. It value for money given the size of the room, also take into account the facility and close proximity you not going to get anything better with the size. The friendly staff was always welcoming and made the experience like you are coming home. Please watch out for the delicious buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is legendary and additive.

I choose Pullman Hotel Thamrin for my quarantine stay. At the beginning I was a bit fuzzy regarding the room size and the location because I read some previous reviews on google about the size of the room that is too small, the building looks old, etc. However the staff (Pak Justin, Ibu Lita, Pak Heru, Pak Maulana and the team. Thanks to them!) were so patience in managing my indecisiveness. 8 days flew fast. I didn’t feel like I was in quarantine at all. I got a deluxe room (39sqm) in the main building (which is the old building). Although the room doesn't look super modern it was great as it has a city view (Thamrin) and also a nice desk to work. In addition to that, the room has a slide window so I could feel the sun light and a bit of fresh air whenever I need it. The staff were really helpful. There was a problem with the toilet (it couldn't be flushed) and the telephone didn’t work but it only happened once and they quickly fixed it. One thing that is also quite useful: they have a walking pad where you can borrow it for free (no additional charge) during your quarantine stay to keep you fit! The food was okay it was not in a big portion but they have 24 hours room service so you can always order additional food. At the end of my quarantine stay I couldn’t find my driver who wanted to pick me up but the staff (Pak Heru) also helped me to find the driver at the parking area. Overall my 8 days quarantine experience was amazing!

Despite incovenience check-in experience, we enjoyed hotel hospitality with some relaxing moments as part of our staycation. The hotel room is clean, well disinfected, and sweet smelling. There is myriad amenities like hairdryer, iron, body lotion and hand sanitizer packaged in a neat way. The room’s interior is modern and minimalist with the combination of dark and light brown with some glass and mirror as decoration. Some facilities like gym and pool is comfortable as well. We had a nice moment in swimming pool. The water is warm, Covid-19 protocol is applied with limited number of people. However, the room service is quite slow and our dining experience is detered by the shortage supply of food. The chef had multiple role to cook the food as well as serving the guest as they applied covid-19 protocol system.

We had two nights staycation last month at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia and we experienced marvelous service, right started from we step down from our car, my 2nd child told me that she left her face mask in the car, and our driver left already. The security infront straight away offered us a mask for Naomi.
Then we went inside the lobby, the front office staff greeted us and offer us refreshing vegetable fresh juice. It was very nice.
A round of applause also for the staffs at Sana Sini Restaurant. We enjoyed our breakfast so much, the staffs there really make sure that we had a memorable breakfast.
Overall we had a great experienced stay at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia. And we are looking forward for our next staycation.

I stayed for 1 night during pandemic and Pullman gave me and my family the happiest ever staycation. They provided the surprise Birthday Congratulation Notes on the mirror which was really great and brought the birthday cake to the room. Special credit and thanks to Isty and Angie who did this. The room was super clean as well as the swimming pool. We need to book previously the time schedule to be in the swimming pool so the social distance can be maintained. Maximum 10 persons allowed on the swimming pool area which gave us security during this pandemic situation. Thanks a lot for your nice and honest hospitality. I definitely recommend Pullman Thamrin and will come back again to spend my weekend with my family.

Stay at the hotel for weekend gateway. Room was small for standard room and since we got upgraded so that we get corner room with small living room and pantry. Air condition is not cold and it can only cooling 1 part of the room which is the bed area. Therefore the living room and pantry area is very warm and dry. We called in the engineering to check and not much they can do about it since the air condition system is using an old technology. Room condition was old and since it was from the previous hotel and it's been there for years. We can smell that the room was very old room. We called in housekeeping to check the room for smells and the only thing they can do is spray the room with some kind of disinfectant or something to make the room smells good (for a while).
There's been a misunderstanding for the stay since the housekeeping missed our room cleaning time. we left the room empty since 9.30am and when we come back to the room around 3pm, the room still not been clean up even though we put on "clean the room" sign on it. we need to call in the reception to make sure that we're still staying at the same room, because our key card also doesn't working when we come back to the room. and then after that the housekeeping clean up the room and it was very fast.
Hotel location was perfect at the center of city with a nice view. Overall hotel staffs was very nice and helpful.

During this pandemic, our family were quarantined in Pullman. They have provided an excellent service during this difficult time. The laundry was provided daily and there were rotating menu during our quarantine. The team: Wulan, Hendro, Aap and Bayu have been providing care for us. Our booking experience was smooth and easy and Pullman team picked us from the airport directly to the hotel. There were also health team providing care for us ensuring health protocol is followed. We hope to stay here later in the future when everything is back to normal

Booking 2 rooms for 2 nights for staycation in the new year season. Reservastion was successfully by online travel agent with full payment for Premium Superior with 1 queen bed (Reservation attached). The atmosphere at check-in was very lively and we were given 2 rooms with the twin bed room which is not in accordance with our reservation. We have submitted complaints at check-in with very unreasonable and very unsatisfactory answers. The manager on duty reasoned that in their reservation system it was only written twin room which they meant with twin beds. As long as I make reservations both in Indonesia and abroad, this is the first time that proof of my reservation is said to be inappropriate even though it clearly says 1 queen bed. I suspect the room I booked had been given to another guest so we didn't can get a suitable room. This was a very bad experience for us and it happened in a 5 star class hotel. Finally my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds for 2 nights.
For 5 star class rooms it looks old compared to hotels in the same class. There is no mini bar in the room for 5 star hotels. Amenities are quite complete, only a hair dryer is not available. bathtube still old model using plastic curtains. The Hand Shower also leaks and needs repair and regular maintenance. The service is also nothing special except for the officers at the entrance and exit who always greet and smile at guests. The New Year's Eve event which was held in the hotel lobby was quite good and lively (DJ & Live Music).
The hotel's location is very strategic in the center of the crowd and very close to the MRT station and large shopping mall. Parking in the area behind the hotel is quite difficult during the rainy season.

We booked a deluxe room for 5 nights and room size ok, bed good, but whoever designed the bathrooms in these rooms needs a course in practicality. For privacy you have to pull 3 screen across a clear glass door (which are velcro at the top and come off when drawing them across). The basin is just that. No space for amenities so we ended up putting cosmetics and lotions etc in the bath!! Toilet and shower only partially screened. Bathrooms are really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel which is a shame because we are often in Jakarta but will not return to this hotel.

Our bathroom has been sensationally designed with refreshing walk-in shower as well as freestanding soaking tub. Roller blinds are set up to cover the glass door as an unique way to give utmost privacy for individual convenience. Yes , the tower is newer and have bigger room, you should check to the hotel which type of room that in the tower.
no, they are closed due to the restrictions. However, Sana Sini was still open and you could dine in there (although during my stay I opted for in-room dining)
The PSBB was already stop by Jakarta Official so when I stayed there 1 month ago the pool was opened again
Hi, the fitness centre is in the Main building same level as the pool. The Pullman Tower is not far from the Main building, the distance is between the pool deck area space.
