I know that this hotel is a 2-star hotel but the location of this hotel was improper to be a hotel as around it was store buildings with freely cars can go inside but have to pay for entrace fee though our drivers mentioned guests of hotels. No welcome greetings from staffs. A lot of Stray dogs around the buildings. We are in a big family with infant, toddlers and senior citizen. We were shocked to see the lift was only one and small size of 3 adults though mentioned capacity of 1000kg 10 or 12 persons. To me the life was meant for bringing goods up or down. The price of hotel not worth paying at all. A nightmare every night we stayed and All of us felt the same way. Mosquitos were in our 2 rooms. No security outside or inside if hotels. Bell boys are not efficient and no customer care. Breakfast was very bad and suck. No fruits no cereal at all. Though we are from Asian country but breakfast rice early in the morning, oh no. I have talked to the managed of the hotel about our concern about good food and I cannot compared other star hotel with 2-star hotel but food, security, safety is a must criteria of good hotel regardless of star rate. I should have paid one night as we are not expecting to have bad experience, worst scenario and every night were nightmares. I wanted to check out but no refunded so the manager asked us to stay due to long stay and promised me to do bettle from the feedback and he said "tomorrow i will make sure fruits will be served. 1st day breakfast was rice, long bean cooked with black ketchup and potato. What we want and i think other guests want was fresh fruits, plain or wholemeal bread, cereal with milk and fresh eggs. 2nd day breakfast we have Fried eggs cooked with black ketchup and mixed vegs. But i have to ask fruits but sadly fruits was cut unprofessionally and cold from fridge. Floors was dirty. 3rd day we want having breakfast from other hotels and paying 85,000 Rupiah with proper breakfast with fresh fruits, cereal, breads, eggs and other delicacies. The staffs are not well trained in terms of customer care, cleanliness and communication. Once check out early in the morning, we have to stay in the receptionist office with lazy, demotivated staffs playing with handphones and sleeping, the dining Room do not have aircon on and quite stuffy. No best or good memories staying in this hotel. Very noisy and loud from group of 2 buses. My conclusions regardless of any star hotels 1. Security and safety around building is important 2. Professional staffs are well trained and should wearing good uniform with good courtesy 3. Hygiene and cleanliness All around the building especially dining Room, guest rooms and bathrooms are clean every corner 4. Rate of star hotel should be balance and worth paying 5. Always smiling welcoming or greeting guests of hotels 6. Once check out, always ask "how was Your stay in out hotel? Hope you are happy staying in our hotel. "Hope we will see you All again in the near future".

the hotel location might be quite difficult to find at first visit but once you know where it is, it won't be a problem since it's just next to the Jayakarta train station. Even so, you'll not hear the noise from the train inside your room. Although this is budget hotel, the room and toilet very spacious. The noise from train station really bothering me. Anyhow, it was nice stayed here worth the money. Need to improve on the food.

For Rp250k per night for a double room, I am okay with the hotel. Night market is just a stone throw away and it's every night! Can get usual suspects of items at night markey e.g. local foods, souvenirs, t-shirts, bags etc.

I stayed here with two friends as our first stop before backpacking around Indonesia. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful in ordering taxis when we asked and gave directions to close convenience stores. The room was clean and quite large with a nice tv and a small hairdryer. The bathroom was good, the shower's water pressure wasn't great but it wasn't too bad. The only bad thing about this hotel was the location. The streets around the hotel were quite hectic and if you're western female travellers (as we were) it was quite intimidating walking down the road as lots of locals stared and shouted. We solved this by just getting taxis straight from the hotel but if you're looking to explore it can be a bit difficult. Also, our room was looking over the station which meant that the announcements were quite loud from about 6am onwards. The general feel I got from this hotel was that it would be good for a business trip but it's not really a place for travellers.

Hotel has many baby cockroach...may be due to it located at warehouse & factories area. Noisy because near to the train station. Limited food choice near by... A lot of taxi driver not familiar with this hotel, make sure you bring along the hotel card whenever you go out for sightseeing.

I love the cleanliness of our room, it's spacious and the bed is comfortable. Overall the room is great and worth the value of your money. It's location is also great for shopping. What I just don't like is the limited food option for breakfast and the tiny elevator that is not good for claustrophobic, I think only two people can fit in!

Pros: -Very close to manga dua shopping center. -1 minute walk to the train station which acts like a metro and takes you to various parts of the city. -friendly staff -elevator, so it's good for disabled individuals -very comfortable beds -very clean, room service everyday -they provide you with 2 free bottles of water everyday. -wifi was good in most of our days except for 2 days it was extremely bad. Cons: -in a remote area, the area is also very dirty and gives you an uneasy feeling if you walk at night. -some rooms have no windows! Take care of that. We changed our rooms immediately when we saw that. -hot water was not available sometimes -the air conditionor is very weak. -if you leave the window open, you can hear the noise of the train station right beside you. -most of the staff speak little english except for one who speaks fluently. I would stay in this hotel again as I am a budget traveler and it is a good value for money ( not the best but ok)
