The building is old but well maintain in the outside But for the hotel room, i mean our room, its look like not being used for quiet sometimes, the floor not very clean, the bed sheets covered in stains here and there, the shower leaks, the towel even barely white and some more stuff that show it.

I decided to choose this hotel for family staycation. The location of this hotel near of some famous place in Jakarta. Like Tanah abang, Thamrin and Sarinah. We had a great time to stay here. All staff are polite and helpful. Good job! Thanks to Mr. Suhud for assistance check in process

On arrival at 13:39 we were told to wait until 14 for check in. We wait until 14:30 Bed sheet not changed, no towels Bed sheets and towel were changed 4 hours later My luggage's was never delivered. After 4 hours I went down we n to pick it up. I asked for scissors never come. After several calls I again need to go down to pick them up Staff was very lost, u trained, really not helpful Attitud was arrogant I don't recommend this hotel at all

I had a great time stay at Ascott Hotel. The room is perfect and so cozy. The staff is very professional and helpful. During this pandemic, they are very restricted and I feel safe to stay at this place. Highly recommended to stay here.

We stay in ascott jakarta with my kids, wife and our new born baby, the check in take time around 15 minutes and no welcome drink. Its realy waste a time waiting. Reception man is very good and very helfull. When i ask change room they help me changes room with more better view. The room is huge with complete aminities, like kitchen, microwave, stove and fridge. everything is good for the room itself, pool is amazing but seems they dont take care the PH, so itvit very cold. but the worst thing from this hotel is the service, i ask for housekeeping to clean but they always forget to refill the amenities. And theyre room service also worst, because of my activity everyday i have a very strict schedule and should be on time. I always put a request time for my breakfast for being delivered, but they always late, and the things make me angry is when i have a very important meeting they send my breakfast very late. And when i request a drink tHey always send me wrong drink. I ask tea they send coffe, i ask juice they send tea. And it keep repeating everyday. I complain but seems they ignoring my complain. They are actualy 5 star serviced apartment not a 5 star hotel. But the service is totaly realy messed up my schedule. But its also value for money if you longstay there, just dont expect a good room service and housekeeping.

I was handled by Putri upon check in. She said that our room did not incld breakfast but my booking supposed to include breakfast And so i show her my voucher and she said yess, you have 4pax breakast. As i enter the room, i pick up the phone and and i talked to putri again. I asked her, the room seems smaller. I come here for the 2nd time because my son love the bigger room. Putri ask : you sure you booke the same type of room ? She asked me to check again my booking I told her : why don’t you are the one who check my booking. Because im sure, i choose the same. And then i gave my past reservation number. Putri said : all of our room is the same only different layout I asked : can i have the same room like before, i prefer the layout. Putri aswer : ( again explain me that all of their room are the same bla bla bla... ) and she said she will send security to 17th floor to give us the new key. I was not sure if she agree to give me the same room, as she never say yess to me and i was not sure if she understand what i meant since she dominate the conversation. So i go down to reception. As i arrived in the lobby, she said the security already otw to 17th floor to give us the new key. So I asked again, do you give me the same room i asked ? She said again all of our room are same only different layout. The same layout you want is only on the 10th floor. I was confused with her answer because last time my room was.... on the 15h floor. So for the last time, i asked her again because i am still not sure of she understand what i want since she keep talking and again dominate the conversation, so this time i stricky ask her, can you listen to me first, can i talk first ???Just answer me YESS or NO, do you give me the same layout room now, i want the same. She did not aswer my question yess or no, but instead She answer rudely : Can i talk first ?? All of our room is the same and only different layout, and bla bla.. she keep repeating about layout and makes things simple become so complicated. I have never experiences anything like this before, a front desk tell you to listen to her first. I was very dissapointed, as a 5stras Front desk, she should represent class and maturity, should not attracked or take things into personal, no matter how right or wrong she is, she can never talk rude to client, even worst i was so tired with my 8 months pregnancy must go up and down, she did not even apologize. As i gave up talking to her and choose peace, so i go up to the new room on the 10th floor, i am happy that the room is the layout i want. Wow, what an experience talking to immature front desk. Things was simple and become horrible check in experience. Anyway, your exhaust in toilet is not working.

The property is quite dated, but it is well maintained, especially cleanliness in the room and the staff are also very friendly. The property has a strategic location, close to new malls and good restaurants. So finding delicious foods will never be an issue.
