Clean room, good views from 16, great breakfasts, friendly staff, a good value for the neighborhood. Close to shopping and great places to eat and hang out without too much noise – this is a gem in Jakarta! My only comment is that the swimming area could be a bit more detached from the other public area (and larger), but other than that we are reasonably satisfied 😊

The hotel location is perfect, bed is comfortable, the breakfast always amazed me. I would like to say thank you for DWi (sales manager) who assisted us whenever we need her with her solutions (all the time). The waitress (forgot her name) she watched all The tables and clear it up fast also she offered coffee and tea without we ask. What a standard! She done great service because not everyone offered coffee and tea while we just arrived and sit on . Someone greeted us with our name when we had our breakfast, he might FnB manager wear black coat. He cleared up our table and ask for anything we need. Small gesture made our stay memorable.

I like the business type of the room.. the room is spacious, the hot water works well, the view from the room is amazing, suddenly booked this hotel on the same day, a gift from my husband. thank you Mr. Wahyu (reservation) for the birthday cake. Breakfast has many choices, tastes good, all staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful,but unfortunately the swimming pool is inside the restaurant. Overall.. we're happy and enjoy. *** Thank you ***
