We stayed here for 5 nights during a very busy year-end holiday week in Yogya, the city was packed. The Indah Palace is just around the corner from Jl. Prawirotaman, a big destination for Western tourists, but the hotel itself seems to mainly cater to Muslim Indonesian families, there were no other Westerners besides us when we stayed there. We...

every time I visit jogja, I ve always stay in here. even if its small, but its not problem for me. I love it. the service is so good, great food, the room is clean, affordable price. the tea time is very good idea with selection of Indonesian snack. but I think maybe the new interior could make more comfy....

A pleasant little hotel but needs some modernising. Rooms clean but tired looking and outdated. Good location for food and the Palace. Wifi worked great in the rooms. The pool didn't look too inviting, not sure if it needed a clean or if it was old tiles (saw others swimming in it). Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good - great...

I wanted to love this place, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, and I wanted to compliment the staff but every day was a little further down hill. So, here we go: the toilet broke three times, the bathroom sink jammed, the refrigerator needed to be replaced and the 'swimming pool' was in fact a cesspool...

this is one of my favourite hotels in Yogyakarta, in each visit on vacation. it is very cozy (homey) and 'green' with small swimming pool. my kids always enjoy to play and stay in this hotel. near prawirotaman street with indonesian and western foods & beverages, in 50meter to north, we can find a transyogya stops. it is recommended! suggestion...

This hotel is not in the heart of town but still only a five minute taxi ride from anywhere you want to go.An older style building , with good size rooms ,very well maintained, comfortable beds and good hot water and aircon. Staff was friendly , nice clean pool and well maintained garden. An acceptable buffet breakfast was served from...

We stayed here for one night and we really liked it. The rooms and the hotel itself feels a bit old and the aircon did not work that well in our room, but that was no problem. The hotel's setting is very nice with the pool in the centre and all rooms around it. They have some kind of coffe/tea-session...

We were given a room right next to the reception. We could hear people talking everytime they passed by. The room was clean, relatively small. Our safe was not working and the toilet could not flush very well. The swimming pool is quite small and dirty (green). Service was average - the staff did not really understand english and I...

Booked this online via Hotelclub.com — when we arrived it had not been raining for like months then in Yogyakarta. This was way back in April 2010 and the dusts were settling-in at about seven when it rained. We got the first room just adjacent to the foyer, and it was rather quaint but comfy. The air conditioning wasn't working...

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was super helpful & friendly. We love the quiet & peaceful environment. Food was good. Rooms & bathroom clean and cosy. Hotel a short walking distance to the 'BackPacker Street' where there are many cafes, restaurants & bars serving local & western food including life band & music. We enjoyed our stay &...
