The staff here are so nice and offers a great service, we felt so welcome here. They are always ready to help, guide or just talk. The food is cheap and their chocolate pancake is amazing. The view over the city and the mountains are so pretty, and goes great with breakfast and a cup of tea. They have wifi... More

The rooms are small and dirty, crawling with cockroaches. Huge ones at that. The shower is unsafe - live wires hanging out. Actually got a shock while trying to adjust the water flow. No power outlets in the rooms - they want you to pay for charging at the reception. Lousy food. They tried so hard to sell us a... More

We didn't stay there but one of their employe: Solomun sold us (ripped us off) a tour and didn't even showed up.. Banaue and Batad are beautiful so don't waste your time with those guys who are trying to ruin your stays.

We ordered Fried Chicken and Pancit. The food taste good but I would make a comment about the staff especially the counter person. They were all friendly and accommodating and most of all honest. My companion forgot his bag that contains his camera. Fortunately Kacelyn the cashier sent me an sms to inform me of the forgotten bag. We went... More

I must admit the view from the restaurant and our room were spectacular. The view overlooking the valley and huge school and even road leading to Batad were simply amazing. But good view alone does not make a hotel. Checkout time is unreasonably at 9am. They expect everybody to be out on their foot exploring the town and rice terraces... More

We didn't stayed here, because these guys just wanna sell you tours and bus tickets and that for they are lying! We were told that we will get a newer bus for return, but it was a lie! They also told us, that we need a guide for Batad, what was a lie too.

The food was good, big serving I must say. The price of 120php for everything is fair enough. One thing that i just noticed is the customer service. Very poor in terms of assistance and hospitality. You don't tell your customers to "sit here" especially if you are on a group tour consisting of 5 vans and the like. I... More

horrible experience - fortunately only for 1 night which was very long and very bad. My room didn't look like the room displayed on Tripadvisor. It was rough and dirty, the bed had a very thin foam mattress so you feel very well the hard surface under making it very unconfortable. The bathroom was also horrible (and it seems i... More

Dropped off from the Manila bus, ushered in and the tour sale starts. But, the tours were amazing! Do the hot spring on your first day, and then the 2 day to Batad starting the following morning. Rooms were average, food was good and cheap. No complaints at all. Staff were really friendly. Don't know why people are hating on... More

I was travelling from Manila to Banaue on the Ohayami bus and this is where we were let off. We were ushered inside and kind of forced to buy breakfast. We were approached by a man named Marcial who tried to set us up with a tour. We had heard there were public jeepneys we could take to Batad to... More
