We stayed there only for one night but we were very happy with everything. They're located in a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the main road. Nice and clean rooms, a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and very friendly and helpful staff. They booked the bus to Port Barton for us without any hassle. Definitely would recommend...

Right from the airport pickup, we had a lovely experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they made sure we had the best experience in Puerto Princesa. The room was clean and nice, and the whole environment was relaxing and chill. We also used the front desk service to book our van for Port Barton- we found them to...

Palo Alto Bed and Breakfast is an affordable hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. I love the concept of this hotel as they want to provide affordable lodging in Palawan where people can relax and get close to nature. We spent four days and three nights at Palo Alto Bed and Breakfast. From the airport of Puerto Princesa, the van of...

Customer service was really good. Everyone at this hotel was extremely nice, polite and helpful! But... The hotel seriously requires some deep cleaning and maintenance. And pool area toilets should be cleaned the first. Honestly guys, they are disgusting. Bedrooms (including toilets) are neither in the best shape and I was seriously surprised that this hotel was listed in Lonely...

It seems that since this accommodation is mentioned in the Lonely Planet they did not do anything to keep the level as described in the travel guide. It is ok for a night. The staff is not really helpful, the breakfast is not good and it is also not perfectly clean. The free shuttle to the airport and into town...

Room was spacious and very clean. Nice shower pressure. Staff was superb and very helpful. My husband and I missed our flight from Manila, so we had to go with a later flight, about 2 hours difference. I emailed Palo Alto about our dilemma, they still picked us up from the airport with a special trip. Also was able to...

We went to Puerto Princesa from February 6 to 13, family of 7 and stayed here at Palo Alto Bed and Breakfast. I've been to El Nido and Coron but never PP, that's why I wanted PP this time. PABB is located in the city itself but 1 mile away from the freeway. So, it has a provincial ambience which...

We only stayed here one night but it was fantastic. The location is beautiful and very relaxing. The suite was great and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was more the traditional Filipino style. Would recommend a stay here!

We stayed for 2 nights whilst passing through Puerto Princesa for the underground river tour. The staff were lovely and very helpful - they booked our tour for us as well as providing free airport shuttles and a shuttle to downtown where the restaurants were. The room was very clean, good air con and the bathroom was lovely. The hotel...

My family and I was very disappointed at first for we waited almost an hour for our pick up. when we reach the place it was such a relaxing feeling to find a treasure around the city. We were in a separate room and decided to stay in one room instead. A better choice by the pool a loft room...
