Went to grider hill marina for 4 days this weekend. Rented two house boats and a deck boat. Total cost $7100 before gas. Was told by Jamie that we could expect gas to run approximate $450- but that would be on the high side. It...More

Our size was one up from the smallest, whatever that was. Our gas bill was $200 for the generator and $200 for the motor. We ran the generator about 12 hours a day and ran the engine about 3 hours a day. We had a five-night rental. Gas prices may have come down a bit but they are still charging a higher price for being on the lake. Unless they have improved their maintenance, don't expect a real clean boat. When doing your checkout, have them inspect the air-conditioner filter as ours was completely blocked.
