At first I really wasn't happy with this place because it's very old and shows it's age and it is not on the beach. However, after the first day I was over that. I had a good time here. The service is very good and...More
The PuntaRosa is located in a quieter area of White Beach, north of Station 1. The hotel itself is set back from the beach - you have to pass through some shacks which are on the beach to access the beach, wasn't a big deal...More

Is it possible to use a hard-wired connection via a Local Area Network in the room? I need to do 1-2 hours of work per day, and need a hard-wired connection to maintain security of the data being transmitted. Also, are there any cooking facilities in the room, or a small refrigerator (I have medications that need to be kept cold, and need access to them at irregular times)? We'd like a room in as quiet an area as possible, should we book for the two weeks we expect to be on Boracay. Our departure date is still somewhat in flux, so if we book for two weeks, and need to depart a day or two early, is a refund of the unused funds possible? And, if we need to stay 1-2 extra days, assuming the room we're in isn't booked, will it be possible to extend out stay?
Please let me know.

We're not sure about the hard-wired connection if its possible. We have no cooking area but we have a refrigerator in every room. We don't allow refund and you can extend your stay as long as the room is available.
