Absolutely hated this place. Very ugly looking resort. I can't believe this is an actual resort where people stay. Everything looks old and broken. Lots of garbage around the place. The entrance to the Mall from the resort looks like a DUMP. Absolutely disgusting. They need a big make over. If I could, I would've rated it 0 stars. Rooms...

1. If you want a place near D' Mall and main road, you have 2 gates connected to it. 2. If you want to get wet when it rains because they don't have enough umbrellas for their guest. I have to give my umbrella to senior citizens. 3. Breakfast is NOT GOOD, you will be using a bit dirty plates...

For starters, the staff was rude and borderline incompetent. Service was nonexistent. We stayed several days and our room was never cleaned, and we never received fresh towels. The room itself was even worse. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. The AC unit was obscenely loud. For the price, I'm sure you can find a better option.

Staff wasn't available! The people working here is just chatting each other and for any issue they doesn't sort it out ! Not helpfully like: the bathroom was leaked, when we told'em about this they didn't sort it out. At least change room or someone to sent and fix. No nothing. My advise is not to come in this place if...

Tranquil place that is near to the beach n amenities. We were really pleased to discovered this place after having a bad experience elsewhere. This place is really value for money due to its excellent location, clean n spacious rooms, good service, good beds and well maintained premises.

The hotel was ample, there are 4 floors - we were on the 4th. There is no elevator - but that is really my only complaint. The cost was fair, and D-Mall was a few steps away. Really good experience, I would definitely go back.

We went here because of an official business trip and we chose this hotel because it was near the location we are checking. We arrived at 11am and the receptionist said we can check in at 2pm. We had a meeting at 12 and we asked if we can do early check in. They said no. There are only few...

I don't like this hotel very disgusting rooms very strict and always asking for money from time to time. Unpolite staff rude managers and even the owners doesn't care about the guest. Plenty of cockroaches smelly towels and mosquitoes all over the area.

Hotel is conveniently located at D'mall, which was very convenient, almost everything you need is just 2-5mins away. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Deluxe room was spacious. Breakfast was umm okay i guess, Overall this is a nice hotel. would definitely come back again next summer.

All staff are friendly. We celebrated my friends birthday in the lobby and they provide us all the utensils. Even help us to keep the cake in the fridge. We were allowed to change room because the first room water heater is not working. This hotel observed a very strict policy of no smoking in the room. So be aware....
