This was not my first time with this resort, which I used to recommend and where I had great past experiences and that's why I chose to return. However, this time part of the service and the room bathroom were totally disappointing. There is free shuttle bus service from the D'mall to the hotel, which is very convenient. Once we...

So you pay a huge money for a golf resort, and the service is unbelievably low quality. Our check in took a rough one and a half hours!! They give you internet for only 2 devices per room. We ordered food and they bring the food in a fast food take away box and cold. Because it's a big resort...

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Boracay. The hotel's staff were very efficient Hex, Diane and Yanna are very hospitable. They greeted us with a smile when we arrived and informed us the facilities that the hotel has to offer to its guests. Indeed, it was a nice experience because of the private beach and large...

We stayed in the Laguna section on the resort that was very well managed, clean and eight near a lovely pool and a restaurant that we had breakfast at each morning and a few dinners. I'll break it down:- Positives 1. The price was exceptional...

Boracay's main central beach (White Beach) is so very thick with algae that you would think twice about swimming in it and every square inch of stations 1,2 &3 are packed with people and vendors it can get stressful and noisy. Fairways and Bluewaters private beach has no algae whatsoever. The water is crystal clear. Puka Beach is also algae...

What amazed me of this resort is the warmth hospitality of their staff. Everyone, whatever their position is, would really greet you with a smile 😼 and is always ready to give a helping hand. The beach was nice 😏 and the pools were very accessible and clean. The service van is always available to bring you to different places...

There is something which I did not understand. One room was Superior Grande and it was more expensive than Superior, but our breakfast was a la carte. In the same time Superior rooms had buffet breakfast. If I wanted to change to buffet I had to pay extra - why? I already paid more for the room, why I should...

If you want a place to stay and never go anywhere else this is your place!!! But why would you do that on Boracay. We stayed here and it took forever to get any transportation out of Fairways. The little shutlles they use took forever to get to our place of pickup. Then when it did it filled all up...

One of the staff named ralph has an attitude problem, I noticed that this guys always mucking with the other crew without any valid reason in front of the guest and i think he is in a higher position so why does he treat his crew that way... he should have professionalism about his position. How i wish this problem...

“CLARIFY your booking, upon check-in. Especially the number of beds. They can't always expect that guests are willing to share beds. Had we been given 2 beds, it would have been almost perfect. My daughter wants to come back, but I'm waiting for the bitter taste to past before making any reservations”
