Stayed from 16-18 Dec 2015. My mother booked us here in advance and I looked into the hotel's reputation thru TripAdvisor. The reviews here were not promising and true enough, we were all dissapointed. The room maintenance is not kept. The wall paint are chipping. The bathroom mirror needs replacement. The towels needs replacing too. Seriously, the seams are fraying...

They offer parasailing at low low price, thumbs up to that however speed boat drivers drives so fast and thought we're enjoying though we were already screaming to slow down. I think there an issue with descrimination here because we are locals???

If there is one thing that I like about this hotel, it would be the location. Situated in Station 1, you can enjoy easy access to the island's top attractions. When it comes to service, I guess it's very poor. We paid for an extra pax, but the receptionist kept on calling us at around 3am insisting that our room...

The service in this hotel is very nice and warm. Attentive staff and very courteous. The room is spacious and cozy, the toilet is clean. The beds are comfy and the aircon is cool. Easy access to the beach as well.

The first impression was good : reception staff are very helpfull and the location is excellent, next to the beach and not far from a lot of restaurants and bars. Room are big enough for a familly of 4. Bathroom is fine and the hot water is well...

The hotel is situated in Station 1 of the White Beach in Boracay Island which makes it convenient in terms of finding the nice swimming locations with powdery white sands and more relaxing area. The cons that is noticeable is the air-conditioning of the rooms as it is very slow and outdated. They better fix the air-conditioning and provide heating...

To get to hotel, you have to meander thru a tiny lane impassable to vehicles. To get to beach, go via a small passageway. Once out of it, you see the beautiful beach and water! Hotel is nicely sheltered from strong winds. We experienced typhoon passing by. Hotel is centrally located in the hive of sea sports and shops. The...

This hotel was good but might not be the best pick for some Westerners. Real Maris caters to Korean families and all the food is Korean oriented. Next door is an Army Navy burger shop, and of course there are hundreds of other meal selections along the beach path. The room was very spacious, with a bath tub and full...

It says the location of the hotel is in Station 1 but it feels like it's more on Station 2 because it's super crowded as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The boats were docking on the beach area in front of the hotel and we couldn't find any beach chairs so we had to walk all the...

Stayed here for 9 nights. Ok does need a bit of renovation but excellent place to stay. Never known such great service from the staff. They are a credit to the hotel especially the reception girls. So helpful in every aspect. Room was very large with excellent aircon. The location was right on the beach and close to all restaurants...

“I had parents above 80 years and hotel was v kind to let us have poolside rooms at no extra charge so that they don't have to climb the stairs. Room 107 had a narrow view of the sea and my parents sat at the balcony to enjoy the breeze and people-watching.”
