After 3 room changes, this hotel has earned it's place in my "worst hotels" list. Yes, first room change was after a half-day argument that the air conditioning did not work. The second change was due to a suitcase (clothes included) and bed full of biting ants! Beyond the changes, the beds were as hard as cement, they charged for...

Outside of the hotel is very nice, but the inside is full of mold and very old. The bed is like sleeping on hard rock. The first room we got smelled "moldy". Upon closer inspection, we noticed there were black mold every where and mostly in the bathroom. The lights flickered. We asked for a room change. After 1 hr...

The hotel seems nice but when you enter the room the Air-condition leaking in middle of night . The room smells. The breakfast has limited choice. The reception staff never smiled and appeared to be unfriendly. The pool area is very slippery and dangerous. Every now and then they mop it. Witness a kid who slipped and had bleeding nose...

We stayed there for 4 nights. A couple with an infant. The hotel located on the beach front. The rooms are clean and quiet. Access is easy. The description of the hotel is reality. The breakfast is also satisfactory.

We had booked the Angol Suite. When we checked in we were informed the suite was not available. Instead we were 'upgraded' to the Yapak Suite. The furniture in the Yapuk suite is over the top and supposed to represent some regal theme I think. Some would consider it ghastly. But the room was beach front and had a very...
