We stayed at Jayjays for 4 days & 3 nights with family & friends. The whole staff (Raul, Karen, & Cathy) are very friendly and accommodating most especially the owner himself "KIDD". Kidd & the staff even surprised my daughter on her birthday with a burger cake & chocolate sundae from Mc'Donalds ;) The facilities are perfect (jacuzzi, billiard, pool...

Thank Heavens I found this resort while planning the whole Boracay thing early this year.. We stayed here for 4days-3nights at their 2 suite rooms: with 2BD each, 1T&B, kitchen, veranda, living area + the lovely view of the beach (especially on the 3rd flr and roof top). The owner and their staff are so accommodating and been so generous...

I have stayed a Jay Jay's twice once on my own and once with 4 friends. If, and when I return this will be my first choice of accomodation. The owners are super friendly and make you feel part of the family, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they make an already unique hotel experince even better. The...

We stayed here for a week in June and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We're so glad we didn't book a hotel on ground level near the main road on the island because there are so many trikes on Boracay and they can be very noisy plus you've got the bars at night that play loud music too. The steps...

booked 2 budget rooms via agoda.com for 3 days 2 nights: A. Location - 15 min from jetty port via taxicle (but driver confused Jayjay's to an inn at station 3); just at the left back side of Sto.Rosario Church (sitio and azul as landmarks); good eighty or so steps to Jayjay's (name of owners' son); B. First of all lets start off with the bad ....nothing! I honestly could not fault anything about our short stay here. from the minute we arrived the owner Kid and his wife could not have been more accommodating. Its like a cross between satying in a hotel and somebody's house. I see a few people have moaned about the steps...

The hotel is quite hard to find, as there's another place called Jay Jay's near the D'mall. When we finally got to the hotel, we still had a long climb up some stairs. We were welcomed by the Swiss proprietor with a bottle of San Miguel and were shown our room - which was basic, although had a great view...

Me and my husband stayed for 3 nights here last May 2010. We love the privacy of the place and the view is lovely. We got a really spacious room. The air conditioning is not cold enough for us but the owners are helpful by providing us an electric fan which helps cool the room up. Unfortunately, we weren't able...

Two of my girl friends booked at JayJays through Agoda. They said that they were disappointed because they expected so much with the place. JayJays is located in Station 1, few minutes walk from the beach, a family owned clubhouse, few rooms so its a quiet place situated on the top of the hill. We went there on our first...

Our family stayed in one of the rooms in their clubhouse, it has a kitchen where you can cook, the place is clean and well maintained, quiet and very safe to stay, right price for those on a budget, so look no further, it's got to be Jay Jay's Club! :)

“Even if you are going to choose for a budget room, it will still look better than other hotel's budget room”
 of 5 bubbles gbu2014, 18 Aug 2014 | Read review
“The reason why we chose this hotel to stay at was because of their amenities, including the pool. In the photos, the pool looked great and clean. However, when we arrived the pool looked disgusting and dirty. We understand that the cause was because of the super typhoon "Haiyan". What we do not understand is why they did not clean the pool. And when we asked the caretaker about it, the niece of the owner she arrogantly and disrespectfully answered, "Hindi nyo naman sinabi na gagamitin nyo ung pool eh tsaka kung pool lang pala ang kailangan nyo eh di lilinisan" in english (You did not tell us that you were going to use the pool, we'll clean it) something like that. We reasoned with her that it was part of their amenities but she told us that it was because of the typhoon. The typhoon happened 2 weeks ago before we arrived and asked them why they did not clean it. They said the owner did not want the pool to be cleaned. Which was ridiculous of course. The niece called her aunt which is the owner and we heard them talking on the phone and the aunt was angry at the niece because they did not make the place presentable. The phone they used was also our phone. The caretakers didn't make the place presentable. It was in fact a horror to stay there, because of how we were treated. When we arrived, they were watching television and ignored us. We caught their attention when we said we were customers. The service was really terrible especially the niece who was so arrogant and disrespectful. We were so tired because it was already 10 pm so we just decided to stay for the night and change hotels. When we were sleeping, the power went out. That was 3 in the morning. They did not notify us about this. Really, really terrible. We decided to change hotels and went to Sofia Hotel which was really nice and the first thing that we noticed was the pool. Which is crystal clear. And the people were warm and they welcomed us. Unlike Jay Jays Club. I wich the owner was there and did not leave her business and her hotel to her niece. It would have been different. Overall, Jay Jays club is terrible because of the service and how we were treated with DISRESPECT. Do not stay here unless the owner is managing and there to greet you. Thank you.”
