We spent overnight in Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites for a very affordable rate and yet they offered the best customer service. The foods are so delicious in a very reasonable price! The room is spacious and clean, and they have warm and cold water for shower. The location is very strategic since malapit and accessible sa lahat ng needs sa Island, and also malapit din sa front at back beach for sunrise and sunset view. Overall, the best part with our stay their was the very accommodating and friendly staffs, no hassle when we request anything from them. Padayon! 💙 We'll definitely stay their again when we go back in Boracay. 😊

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed our stay at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites. It was our first time in Boracay and we had so much fun, especially the kids. The hotel is around 3 minutes away from Bolabog Beach and around 5-7 minutes away from the White Bech. We didn't mind the walking part because we really wanted to explore the area. The hotel is in Station 2 but far from the nightlife which is really good when you have kids. We already anticipated that everything will be expensive in the area but the hotel's location has stores that sell in SRP 😁. There was also a small snack shop where we bought turon, it was delicious. The breakfast is simple, but it was more than enough to give us energy throughout the day. They would also give free juice to my son, I really appreciate that. 😊 Housekeeping was also very nice. There was a lady staff that I didn't get the name of (I'm really sorry 😭) but she would always check on us during breakfast and when we were at the pool at night time (it got me thinking if she was actually living there 😂).
The only thing that I would have liked to be improved was the door/window in our room. Firstly, there was no view at all (just the wall of a house or another hotel hehe). The other thing was the lock, it was broken or not working as it should be. We would always have to make sure that the black-out curtain was covering it.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, they were very welcoming and attentive. Kudos to all the staff in Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites!

The service is extra ordinary. Shout out to the house keeping team for the best surprise birthday decoration in our room we really appreciate it and very nice. And to all the team very accommodating and they always greet and smile to us these makes us feel very comfortable. I will definitely endorse or promote ferra hotel to my friends and family for them to experience the best service. Surely we'll come back next year for our anniversary trip.

the staff was already waiting at the port to fetch me with their shuttle. upon arrival at the hotel, they will welcome you with a cold towel and an iced tea after a long journey. all info for the room and food is via QR code and they will ask you in advance what food you like for breakfast. they clean my room every day, new towels and afternoon snack is waiting in my room for free. All in all my stay in ferra was superb and amazing.

It was a spontaneous Boracay for me and my friends and our hotel of choice was of course, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites. It's my fourth time here and first for my friends. They both loved the personalized customer service which has always been my experience with them.
Our suite was huge with a dedicated living area which has its own AC and TV. A mini fridge and a coffee and tea-making facilities were also available.
The room itself was also big with an alcove seating which can easily be converted into a sleeping area.
The bathroom was equipped with amenities and the separate shower stall had a hot and cold shower.
Breakfast options are wide and we got to try the pancakes, and fried rice meals (sausage, tocino, and longganisa). The servings are huge which also comes with your choice of drink.
The rooftop bar and pool was our refuge during afternoons when it's too hot to go outside.
What we love most about Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites has always been the personalized customer service they have. They know us by our first names and they are always, always one step ahead of us. Like that time when I was having a hard time getting the salt out of the shaker, Greg, one of the dining staff, immediately brought me a new one without me asking one. Amazing, right?
Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites will always be our home in Boracay.

Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites let me and my friends experience the vacation we deserved while we were in Boracay. With beautiful and comfortable room and incredible facilities, this resort surely captivated our hearts. All the staff were also amazing making us felt welcome all the time. They were all friendly and very accommodating that made our vacation in the island extraordinary.
We stayed in a Superior Room. With two queen beds, it was perfect for our group. The room is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, personal safe and mini-bar. The room also has air-conditioning, hot and cold shower, a mini fridge and a seating area. Our room at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites was spacious, clean and comfortable.

It was a short getaway, but they make our stay extra memorable. The staff are very accommodating even from the time that I am inquiring online via their fb account about the procedure on how to get thru the island with QR codes.
They even fetch us when we arrive at the port. Upon arrival we are warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff themselves are very friendly, the cafe was also very flexible to our hungry stomach and the chef deserves a special thanks.
The place was good including the room. What I like most is their bar and infinity pool at the top. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me and my kids considering that we only stayed for one night.
They also gave me a token. And I really appreciate this simple gestures. Will be surely coming back soon.

Went back to Boracay after 3 long years and I was glad to come back and stayed with Ferra Hotel. Back then, I was able to stay at their first hotel. Few years back, they have expanded with Ferra Garden Suites which also gives the same homey feeling whenever in the island plus a beautiful roofdeck view with an enormous pool perfect for a lap swim or just leisurely hanging out enjoying the sundown after a day's walk at the beach.
True to their tagline of being one with the friendliest staff in the island, they truly uphold to having the most accommodating staff ready to cater for their guests' needs. And most importantly, they've adapted to the health protocols to ensure their guests' safety. Just like the first Ferra Hotel, their rooms are spacious with lounge areas perfect for family or friends. I also love their set meals for breakfast choices especially their bangus and tapa. You can also opt to dine by the roofdeck poolside because they also have The Roof Resto Bar with various choices for lunch or dinner.
I always love my trips to Boracay. And even moreso, when I'm staying at Ferra. Because it always feels like home.
