Visiting Capella for our annual respite has been the vacation highlight for our family for the past few years, more so now during this very challenging period. As we again come to the close of our stay, I muse to myself, what makes Capella, Capella? What continues to draw us back here year after year? Is it the high standard of service, or the high quality of fare? Is it the thoughtfulness and high attention to details of the Capella staff? Is it the luxurious and classy experience which never failed to revive our weary souls? I believe it is all of these reasons. Again Capella has amazed us with their consistent high standards of service. Covid19 has been tough on you, I imagine. We could see the understandable cost cutting efforts during our stay last year. But we were totally surprised at how Capella bounced back, not choosing to remain at the "new normal" standards, but to work hard towards providing quality service since pre-covid times, giving nothing short of their best to all their customers (we were so pleased to see the return of our beloved Aesop and Colgate!). Despite having multiple prior stays, we are still very touched by your hospitality, cheeriness, and class. Everyone was amazing, but we would like to give a special shout out to the few outstanding people who have made this year's stay extra special for my family. Clorice who gave us such a warm welcome and ensured our check in was smooth, thanks for the gift of Capella mascot for my girl. We are also very touched by her generous surprise of upgrading our room to a beautiful 3 bedroom residence suite. We can see Capella empowering their staff to make good decisions to win the hearts of visitors! Jian Xin who waited at our table at Cassia who throughly entertained my girl and so obliging with our dining needs. The gentleman who was stationed at the library on 12 May who assisted us to reserve a table at Cassia as it was a last minute decision, unfortunately I did not get his name. The housekeeping team who noted we had our child and provided extra blanket and pillows and a beautiful bath set for her when our room was being made. The room was very tidy and clean too. We were impressed by their thoughtfulness to lay a towel at the shower area to prevent her from slipping. But the staff who made the biggest impression was Aryna. We were at the library trying to enjoy some peace and quiet and was so well attended by her. I enquired if there were any colouring materials for my daughter which she promptly provided. Asking what she would like to colour, we just said something princessy would do, doesn't really matter, that's what we thought. We didn't know Aryna was so determined to go the extra mile to really turn something normal within her scope into something extraordinary. After dinner, which was excellent, we came back to our room to find a neat envelope on our writing table, inside which was a beautiful hand-made princess colouring book and a card written with such sincerity, we feel need to be acknowledged. This one thoughtful gesture summarised everything Capella stands for. And that's the reason we come back, and will continue to do so. Thank you again Capella and we hope to return again soon!

We are in capella the 3rd this year and every time the experience is unbelievable and remarkable. This time Anil made our son the happiest person on Earth. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. Small things make huge difference and it’s not hard to do. Capella is the absolute pleasure every time and we wish everyone to have a Bali 5star experience in the heart of Sentosa in Singapore

My stay with Capella was exceptional, when it began from check-in right to the moment when I had express check-out. Every moment was dutifully taken care by your team, with their attentiveness and enthusiasm. The fruit platter and wine for my birthday was an heartening reminder that Capella had not forgotten any of their loyal guests though it has been some years since I last stayed over, even when I had not expressly reminded your hotel that this stay was in fact, a birthday celebration. Every moment strikes me as a stark reminder that Capella is indeed a top-notch quality service provider compared to any of those i had stayed with in Singapore. Looking back on that day, it was probably the best birthday celebration I had in years and I wish to thank each and every one in making my day special. There are simply too many names to remember and write down, but for each and every smile that was given that day, it was indeed a memory worth keeping. I wish Capella success and I will be looking forward to see you grow from strength every single day. Thanks.

We had to move our Bali destination wedding to Singapore due to Covid-19 restrictions and Capella was our first choice having had a fantastic staycation here. The green, cascading pools reminded us of the rice padi fields in Bali. To replicate the island wedding we had planned for Bali, we decided to have the ceremony and lunch reception at Bob’s Bar for our friends and dinner reception for family. It was the perfect wedding and the best day of our lives and made possible with the help of Nura Rosman - our Capella wedding planner. She took over as our wedding planner only 1.5 months before our wedding due to a colleague’s resignation. It was no easy task for her to take over so close to a wedding but she always answered our 10,000 questions and requests with a smile. Even when additional Covid-19 measures kicked in 3 days before our wedding, she assisted with our queries and last minute changes patiently and swiftly. Her cheerful and accommodating personality helped relive some of the wedding stress! Everyone enjoyed the food, drinks and service at Bob’s Bar immensely and we all had a great time. It was really the best Plan B wedding ever. Big thanks also to the banquet and AV team assigned to Bob’s Bar and Sentosa Room on 8 May. The team was highly professional and went out of their way to ensure the wedding went without a hitch. We extended our stay at Capella to relax after the wedding and were treated like royalty everywhere we went. It was a good recharge from all the wedding stress, we can’t wait to be back already! Planning a destination wedding is now made extremely challenging with Covid-19, we would highly encourage couples to consider Capella for an unforgettable island wedding!
