I would like to compliment Nizam who was on duty on 18 Feb evening as he impressed me with his passionate and excellent customer service. I noticed that he always placing customer’s interest first. He is professional and very attentive with his great smile even with mask up. This is what struck me to recommend this hotel to my friends. People Excellent indeed. Kudos to the whole team.
I was under IO on 26th Nov 2021. Was sent to Festive Hotel On 27th Nov - 05th Dec 2021... Hotel are goods, staff are polite, foodies are nice... breakfast, lunch and dinner, And some other munchies.. Ended I almost fat there... View is nice... just need to jump to the pool only ... All the toiletries are complete... The only prob is, my partner who is crazy!!!! Omg!!! She is one kind... However, Thanks Sri & Alex for the birthday cake to me.. Im so touched my 2nd day there was my birthday.. And all the management teams.. U ALL ARE AWESOME ....
Was serving my QO in this hotel, and was worried that my buddy and I was not able to work properly due to only 1 desk available. Not only did Alex listened to my concerns, he even tried and thought of a solution together with me. He managed to find a table for me in a few hours which made my work much easier and comfortable. I am thankful for Alex’s care and for the service he provided, without him it would’ve been an ordinary stay in this hotel.
Served by Quarantine Order here. I think the thoughtfulness was great, the management assigned a larger room allowing space for exercise, a balcony for fresh air. Amenities given were also thought through, like sponge and soap for dishwashing, sufficient water, large amounts of teabags and instant coffee, slippers for those who didnt bring. Meals and laundry were done and performed on schedule (if not faster than promised). Only thing for improvement was the swab testing which seemed abit haphazard as the staff didnt really give clear instructions. But end of the day job was still done so its fine.
Served our qo at festive hotel during covid. Special thanks to Christine, Alex and their team for going above and beyond to solve all our problems me and my 8yo daughter faced during this trying period when we were staying with them. They were very patience and professional in answering all my queries. Hopefully the covid ends soon and we can go back there for staycation.
Stayed here 2 days for my quarantine, and was very impressed with one of the the hotel’s front office staff ! His name is Alex Chong, I would say he has excellent customer service even for quarantine guests. Granted that in the pandemic, normal room service was not available, yet all my requests were met with prompt efficiency in the true spirit of hospitality! As I was not used to the standard food the hotel catered for quarantine guests, Alex went all out to get me a packet of ‘Chinese ‘Hor Fun’ from somewhere else which I think this is beyond his role! Another incident was the relevant department has lost my laundry and Alex tried his very best to help me. Although I never get my clothing back but Alex has settled this issue professionally and efficiently. The 5 stars ⭐️ rating is for his service, good job 👍 I was very thankful during my quarantine stay with his excellent service!…
I am not someone who leaves negatives reviews ever, but I feel compelled to leave this review due to the experience I have bad in this hotel. I have travelled to many places and stayed at many many many hotels, but NEVER have I EVER faced such bad service in my life. They wouldn’t give me fresh towels, bedsheets, pillow cases, laundry bags and my list can go on & on. Whenever I needed something, I had to call their reception over and over and over and over again. I have had to wait over 6-7 hours for them to deliver something as simple as a laundry bag. The food is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My time here had been a curse.
They firstly placed us a room with an extra bed to reach with a ladder, that was dangerous and definitely not made for our 1.5 years old son. After a change of room, other problems appeared : dust under the bed, within the couch... the cleaning hadn't been made properly, a long time to reach out the reception, WiFi bad connections, a smell of pee in the bathroom and of feet in the cupboard, sheets with stains when being delivered after change and the food is terrible. The staff is really nice and helpful when we contact them but the whole experience isn't thought by the direction as a good experience for its guest. I'd definitely recommend to avoid this hotel.
1. Reception and registration. Receptionist is not in the hurry to answer your call, you need to stay on the line for few minutes to get through. Check in is very slow, I spent about one hour at receptionist desk before were able to get to my room. 2. Bathroom and toilet. Bathroom has no toilet brush. 3. Room Room has no alarm clock. Light bulb has improvised covering made from piece of vinyl flooring. Some electrical wiring hinging loose with exposed core. Balcony door is locked with screw to prevent opening. Wi-Fi get interrupted every day around 3:00 pm so you should re-enter your credentials to stay online. There is no drinking water in the room: reception is suggesting to use tap water. For you own well-being and safety try to avoid this Mickey Mouse resort.
We stayed in the Family Deluxe Room which is very spacious and comfortable! However, the room we got is so far from the lift and the water dispenser corner (which is also just beside the lift). I love that it came with a bathtub which I get to relax every night. The downside of the hotel room is that the iron board is very dusty and the boiler seems kinda old, I would suggest to replace a new one instead. Overall everything is quite ok.
