stayed 1 night at the Ocean Suites on 25-26April2022 for our daughter’s birthday. Room is clean, Bed was comfy and the Aquarium view was FANTASTIC! 100% worth every penny! we were able to get early check in & it was super fast! special mention to the butler who assisted, Mr William. He was polite, friendly & very dependable. He showed professionalism in his work. He assisted us with the checkin, bags & the room! When knowing that it was our daughter’s birthday, he went the extra mile to get a Birthday Cake for our daughter! She was so happy!! Overall, he have make our stay fron the start to the check out a very smooth one. Ocean Suites, you have a great staff.

I paid over 2000 dollars for a room. Due to covid measures, there was staggered check in timings, so I booked a timing at 3pm. I arrived at 2 plus and was asked to wait with no answer on how long it would take. I only checked in at 530pm, but people who were there later than me got checked in earlier. Staff has no clue how long it would take, and only kept saying just wait. When i finally got the room, no one apologised, or offered me late checkout. Only when pressed, the receptionist said she will put late checkout for me Low and behold, next morning, no late checkout was requested, and I was asked to leave at 11am, but only after badgering with the new receptionist and explaining the situation, did they give me a late check out of….. 1 hour. Way to ruin my engagement. Never again. Fishes was cute. That’s why it has 1 star

🌊RWS Sentosa Ocean Suite Despite the shortage of manpower, I find the hospitality and services acceptable, unlike some reviews I have seen. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Every staff on 24th Feb 2022 was able to answer our questions with confidence. Just small hiccup when a staff mistaken Oasia hotel for Osia Steak and Seafood Grill. After every Buggy ride, even without us asking, the bulters would ensure that we know our way to Sentosa express. The spaciousness and facilities in the Suite is just amazing. On the first floor, we were introduced the amenities, functions of the room and the Aquarium view with Indoor heated Jaccuzi, hidden under wooden decks. The wardrobes were also well hidden behind the walls. A pack complimentary bath salt was also included behind the walls near to the jaccuzi. I wished they had complimentary bath bomb though!!! The lights auto dim when the blinds are lifted, giving it a very cinematic experience to the Aquarium view. On the second floor, the outdoor jaccuzi was at the outdoor deck while the indoor had TV, fridge, plenty of sofa seat. It is quite disappointing that the outdoor jaccuzi isn't heated up. So don't expect a onsen experience out there. Fridge had some soft drinks. We don't see any alcohol but I guess you can always request if you need some by the jaccuzi. Bathrooms are available on both the first and second floor but the first floor has a bidet and a full length mirror. Both are well stocked with amenities, towels and spares. 2 packs of healthy packs are also complimentary to combat the covid situation. (Masks, hand sanitizer etc) I'm not sure was it because of my birthday, we have had some balloons by the bed and Janice Wong chocolate. I really like those chocolates! I appreciate this kind gesture despite the lack of manpower. The staffs are really giving in their best to make our stay enjoyable.

A staycay hotel with a difference! We stayed for two nights from 22 Feb - 24 Feb 2022 in a duplex ocean suite ( one out of eleven) at Equarius Hotel, RWS. We had checked out of Capella Hotel 0n 24 Dec and drove a short distance to Equarius. At the driveway, we were greeted by a friendly butler, William Loh, who told me that he was expecting me and quickly directed me to the parking lot just next to my suite. He assisted us with the check- in. There was no need to do it at the hotel lobby. We were wowed by the spectacular view i.e. the SEA Aquarium in the room and under floorboard bath tub with jets and free 24/7 buggy service. However, the room is rather small and dated. Amenities were very basic. Fridge had only some soft drinks. We liked the lounge area on the upper floor w its sofa bed and chaise m outdoor jacuzzi. Very pricey hotel stay but would consider returning because of the in- room aquarium view and the excellent dedicated service of William, our butler, who responded to our calls with lightning speed. He also used much initiative to ensure our stay was trouble- free and comfortable. We appreciate the dedicated and sincere service he rendered to us up to the time we drove out of the carpark.

Dear Andrew Thank you for the sweet arrangements and the Champagne on such short notice, making my husband and Mine wedding anniversary very memorable. Very surprised and appreciate the effort. The ocean suite room view is astonishing, friends under the water were friendly, butler service was on point. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Would definitely recommend people to come here at least once.

The check in is at a hall beside Equarius Hotel, if you are driving, you can park near Equarius Hotel to unload your luggage first, thereafter after checking in, shift your car to Ocean Suite carpark which is a min drive away. We were asked to wait at a sofa area for around 30 mins to process the check in and the butler to fetch us with a buggy. The butler first gives us an intro tour around the vicinity to show us the beach villas and main swimming pool. After that, a room tour, omg we are so in love with the room. They are so nice to prepare a swan-design towel with rose petals and a huge yummy cake for our anniversary celebration 😍. The aquarium is the best part of the room. We can soak in the bathtub while we enjoy the magnificent view. For our room 911, the air bubbles are located right in front, even though the view is not as clear, the Manta Rays love to play with the bubbles - butler says so! We managed to get a few nice shots of the Manta Rays having fun! It's recommended to wear something as it's the viewing gallery on the opposite side of the aquarium & in the morning divers will be swimming around. On the 2nd level, we can relax in the big living room, watch some TV shows and there's an outdoor jacuzzi for us to relax in. There're complimentary TWG Tea, Coffee and can drinks in their mini fridge too. To travel within RWS, we can call the butlers and they will bring us to our destination in their buggy. They will give us a number to call so that they can fetch us back to the suite too. We didn't include breakfast in our stay, so we asked the butler to drive us to The Forum to get McDonald's breakfast. Even though there are delivery options available, we did dinner at The Forum too. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Gosh, where do I even begin! While admittedly the price for the room per night is very steep, trust me when I say that you cannot put a price tag on the experience you will get. We had such a memorable honeymoon here! Check-in at Equarius hotel was a breeze and we appreciated the Ocean Suites butler calling us a few days prior to our stay to inform us of our check-in time, parking and benefits. Our butler, Willy, was exceptional and did such a great job giving us a room tour of the 2-storey villa and gave us tips and reminders on when to watch the fish and what we should do in the room. He was so patient with our many questions and even took so many pictures of us for fond memories. He even decorated our room for our special occasion and delivered a whole chocolate cake! Do take note that the stairs are high and steep but you will be rewarded with a spacious living room at the top and your very own private outdoor jacuzzi. We loved how the hotel put thought into details like providing full-sized toilet amenities and mosquito repellent for when we would like to use the outdoor jacuzzi at night. But our most favourite memories come from just lounging in the in-floor jacuzzi bathtub in front of the big glass facing the aquarium. We literally spent HOURS watching the sea life and we saw so many different type of fishes, sting rays, manta rays and even sharks. We saw them so much closer to us than we ever would even at the SEA Aquarium and we will never be able to forget watching the manta rays doing backflips right in front of us. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and excellent service. This is definitely a stay for us to talk about for a long long time!

Now don't get me wrong, the room is amazing and the huge cost for a night was worth it to see the kids reactions and the hours we all spent in amazement at the fish, unfortunately that is the only positive. Check-in, in all the correspondence there is not a single direction of where and how to check in. We drove into the basement car park, parked at the ocean suite parking, unloaded the car and walked to the entrance where we were abruptly told to repack the car, drive to another hotel entrance, take the lift to the lobby, walk outside and find the reception... ok, a pain but nothing major. Found reception and the staff level is woeful, hugely understaffed. Was asked to sit while the one person at reception finished some paperwork, sat for 20 minutes before being served, was ignored by everyone and i was the only customer there! After check-in we were shown to the room, no info on where the facilities where, where we had to go etc. just an instruction to dial 0 and a buggy will take us wherever we need to get to... Buggy to the pool which is pretty poorly kept, peeling paint, uncut grass, pretty rude staff, and no drinks served with some excuse about COVID, despite every other hotel on Sentosa being able to serve drinks at the pool. Without doubt though, the worst experience is breakfast. Its not at the hotel, its not delivered to your room, nope, you're whisked off in the buggy to another hotel where you are greeted with 2 options, western or Asian. Neither have any choice, we chose western and were given a plate of 2 sausages, an egg, bacon and a hash brown, that's it.... $1800 per night and the breakfast is something you find at a 2 star hotel, not a claimed 5 star hotel with butler service and a truly unique experience. To add onto that we were greeted by a rude waiter wanting to argue that even though we booked for 4 people, and even though we are paying $1800 for the night, the children are not covered for breakfast, we need to pay them $14 for each child before we can eat. My final gripe was the buggy service itself, we were dropped off at the Forum to get some lunch on the final day, called for the buggy, and as with every other time we called, it just went to message bank, eventually get someone and the usual message of 'wait in the car park and someone will be there straight away'..... nearly 30 minutes sat in an underground car park with 2 kids and still no buggy, eventually one of the maintenance staff took us back in their buggy... If it wasn't for the reaction from my kids, and the absolutely stunning aquarium view, i would have to say this is one of the worst hotel experience's I've had anywhere in the world. Value for money is absolutely zero. If you have $1800 burning a hole in your pocket and want to see the aquarium in the privacy of your room then yes, go for it, however if you're looking for the claimed ultimate luxurious experience in a unique room then i'd visit another hotel and go the aquarium, hugely hugely disappointing, it just felt like the opinion is that we have a great room so everything else can be totally abysmal....

We booked 3D2N at the Ocean Suite from 17-19 June in Room 901. Surprisingly the check-in was really smooth because I was prepared for delays and ensured I booked a check-in time slot. Our suite was ready at 4pm and my toddler son was already in a cranky mood. I was so delighted how Jothi, the butler who was very patient and attempted to soothe my son by opening the blinds with a view to the aquarium. Boy immediately stopped crying. Everyone was just in awe! We were really lucky to have this suite, which was two stories. The first floor of the suite, had a king sized bed with a view of the aquarium. Right in front of the bed was a bathtub with a fitted jacuzzi. We were so lucky that the first 2 days of our stay, the Sea Aquarium attraction was closed for visitors. Otherwise, we can see people from the sea aquarium side. Nonetheless, we were told that they can only see our shadows so that’s a relief. On the second floor, there’s a lounge sofa, sofa bed and a jacuzzi. It’s more like a small pool for my young kids. The water temperature was just right too! We spent alot of our time in the room. It was truly a great staycation. Special mention to our butler assigned to us - Kelvin Lee. He was quick to respond whenever we called and even agreed to help my husband arrange a surprise for my birthday. He even suggested to see us through till our check-out. It may be a long time before we can go overseas, but this undersea experience left my family refreshed and happy. Thank you RWS for your great hospitality!
