We checked in for a 3D2N stay with the hotel. Checking in wasn't perfect and due to some hiccups, we were "accidentally" upgraded to the Mika Ocean Suite (Room 908), which was definitely very romantic but not so useful to us, where we have 2 little ones tagging along. Thank God Jasper, Jayne and Andrew came to our rescue. I would say that as a Duty Manager, Jasper is both competent and experience and did a wonderful job in terms of damage control. Andrew who is not just experienced, but also creative, came out with the idea of hanging some fairy lights on the railings along the stairs! This made it slightly different brighter for the boys. Jayne has also helped in the placement to make sure that the outcome is also pleasing to the eyes and match the decoration. To sum it up, this room is both romantic and instagrammable. On the second day, we were transitted smoothly to a corner room 912. It is much brighter and we are happier too. We continued to take great and beautiful pictures of the fishes. We love it so much that we wanted to make it a point to be back in the same room every year. It is so calm and serene here that we could laze on the bed the whole day, watching the fishes swim past, doing somersault, or/and cleaning the glasses infront of us. How we wish we brought a tripod and a dSLR with a remote, to capture every moments. During our stay, we have the opportunity to experience the services of various butlers. We were impressed by the passion exhibited by William, who was doing his night shift, but never fail to put a smile and energy as he delivered his service. We could still remember his bright smile in the middle of the night when he came back with the dessert after heated up. Andrew, who is always there for us, giving tips and recommendations to dining places, and activities to do during our stay. He even waited and welcomed us at the Circuit Tiki on Saturday morning. We trusted his recommendation and had a lot of fun on the track. I was telling him that he is not just our butler but a professional tour guide too! Nothing is perfect. Honestly, I would have given them a 3-star review if the team mention above did not come into the picture. People, technology and process are running the heart of all businesses, but the key element to all ad hoc situations can only be handled by experienced people/team. I have also shared my feedback to Patrick, and I hope the team can continue to improve and excel in terms of services. Thank you for this memorable Staycation. Till then, we will meet again.

🌊RWS Sentosa Ocean Suite Despite the shortage of manpower, I find the hospitality and services acceptable, unlike some reviews I have seen. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Every staff on 24th Feb 2022 was able to answer our questions with confidence. Just small hiccup when a staff mistaken Oasia hotel for Osia Steak and Seafood Grill. After every Buggy ride, even without us asking, the bulters would ensure that we know our way to Sentosa express.
The spaciousness and facilities in the Suite is just amazing.
On the first floor, we were introduced the amenities, functions of the room and the Aquarium view with Indoor heated Jaccuzi, hidden under wooden decks. The wardrobes were also well hidden behind the walls. A pack complimentary bath salt was also included behind the walls near to the jaccuzi. I wished they had complimentary bath bomb though!!! The lights auto dim when the blinds are lifted, giving it a very cinematic experience to the Aquarium view.
On the second floor, the outdoor jaccuzi was at the outdoor deck while the indoor had TV, fridge, plenty of sofa seat. It is quite disappointing that the outdoor jaccuzi isn't heated up. So don't expect a onsen experience out there. Fridge had some soft drinks. We don't see any alcohol but I guess you can always request if you need some by the jaccuzi.
Bathrooms are available on both the first and second floor but the first floor has a bidet and a full length mirror. Both are well stocked with amenities, towels and spares.
2 packs of healthy packs are also complimentary to combat the covid situation. (Masks, hand sanitizer etc)
I'm not sure was it because of my birthday, we have had some balloons by the bed and Janice Wong chocolate. I really like those chocolates! I appreciate this kind gesture despite the lack of manpower. The staffs are really giving in their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Booked the ocean suite to celebrate my hubby's birthday. I requested in my booking for room 0907/0908 (tip given in TA for the good view), a simple deco and a pre check in (again TA guests mentioned the long check in time). They acknowledged all of my requests via phonecall 3 weeks prior to my stay.
They did a very basic deco & gave us a small chocolate cake with candle, cutlery, matches to celebrate my hubby's birthday. very sweet gesture!
On the day, I went to Equarius Hotel reception for the check in at 2.30pm. I was given the room well before 3pm which was the actual check in time. Our butler Durai brought us to our room via buggy and showed us the amenities, facilities, operation of a jacuzzi and so on in the room.
Room: Clean, spacious, plenty of storage space. Amazing aquarium view...u can view the feeding too. Only the indoor jacuzzi was dirty..spotted strands of hairs.
Amenities: Sufficient toiletries, safe deposit box, hangers, slippers, bathrobes, extra pillows, tea/coffee machine, iron/board and hair dryer were provided
Buggy is available 24 hours..just call them 5-10 mins earlier. I requested for the butler's number/namecard to call when I am outside to return back to our room.
Lights of the aquarium were switched off at 11.30pm during our stay but the marine animals were still very much visible.
I totally enjoyed our stay, service was good despite the bad reviews I read before our stay. Thankfully, everything was good during my stay.

My family and I booked 3 ocean suites (over $2,000 for each room) to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary (which they know because they called to ask if we were celebrating special occasion). Checking in took a long time. Had to beg for them to give us extra time at the pool (only 45 minutes) which no one was in anyway. We asked if we could use one of the jacuzzis (there were about 8 around the pool and they were all not used), which they said no to. Nothing for my parents for their wedding anniversary, not even a fruit platter or cake (They did give a couple of kids Madagascar caps and keyrings 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️). Water in Jacuzzi in the room was cold and unusable. We went out in the afternoon, room was not cleaned/bed not made. We had a couple of extra kids and they were made to pay $15 each for breakfast. It’s quite embarrassing for ‘first class’ hotel, especially when its not even that busy. Never again and will not recommend it to anyone. You better off getting an annual pass to the SEA aquarium and save yourself some money.

The check in is at a hall beside Equarius Hotel, if you are driving, you can park near Equarius Hotel to unload your luggage first, thereafter after checking in, shift your car to Ocean Suite carpark which is a min drive away.
We were asked to wait at a sofa area for around 30 mins to process the check in and the butler to fetch us with a buggy. The butler first gives us an intro tour around the vicinity to show us the beach villas and main swimming pool. After that, a room tour, omg we are so in love with the room.
They are so nice to prepare a swan-design towel with rose petals and a huge yummy cake for our anniversary celebration 😍.
The aquarium is the best part of the room. We can soak in the bathtub while we enjoy the magnificent view. For our room 911, the air bubbles are located right in front, even though the view is not as clear, the Manta Rays love to play with the bubbles - butler says so! We managed to get a few nice shots of the Manta Rays having fun!
It's recommended to wear something as it's the viewing gallery on the opposite side of the aquarium & in the morning divers will be swimming around.
On the 2nd level, we can relax in the big living room, watch some TV shows and there's an outdoor jacuzzi for us to relax in. There're complimentary TWG Tea, Coffee and can drinks in their mini fridge too.
To travel within RWS, we can call the butlers and they will bring us to our destination in their buggy. They will give us a number to call so that they can fetch us back to the suite too.
We didn't include breakfast in our stay, so we asked the butler to drive us to The Forum to get McDonald's breakfast. Even though there are delivery options available, we did dinner at The Forum too.

The ocean suite is an experience unlike any other hotel stay but what made the 5 day stay exceptional was the service by the Beach Villa Butlers team. A pre-arrival call was made by the team to ensure all is in order. Kim was prompt in following up with regards to some of my requests for the stay and ensured a good follow through amongst the team throughout the stay. Check in by Kesavan was smooth in a private area. There was a slight delay in the check in as the room was vacated late but the team ensured I was well taken care of during the wait. Andrew noticed the air conditioning was a little chilly at the waiting area and promptly adjusted it. Thank you for the attentiveness during check in and for the duration of the stay. I was celebrating my birthday and the room was nicely done up with a beautiful personalised card. Breakfast was a little inconvenient at Michael Hotel but Willy made the short buggy ride in the morning enjoyable with his sincere service & ready smile. There's no in room dinning at the moment but patrons may order food delivery. The butler service team has been prompt in all my requests despite having a very lean team on duty. Kelvin & Wichai, thank you for attending to my requests and food deliveries so promptly. Well done to the Beach Villa Butler Service team who take pride in their work making the stay a memorable one for the hotel guests!

1) Fantastic view of the aquarium, you can just stare at it for hours 2) Convenient location, you can park your car next to your suite 3) Minimal security, your friends can visit your suite like it is your home (just need to pay for car park) 4) Sleeps 4 comfortably (2 on bed, 2 on sofa bed upstairs) 5) Walkable to Casino through the car park (sometimes buggy service takes a while). 5 mins walk to Macdonalds, 2 mins walk to Hard Rock Hotel if you want to use the swimming pool
The Bad 1) Suite is run down. The main glass door to the Ocean Suites wing does not close properly so ANYONE can walk in 2) The bathtub in front of the aquarium glass is only good for romantic couples and not for family (hassle to open and close it) 3) The only view is the aquarium. NO other views (other than the sky)
The Ugly 1) It's way too expensive, even with the aquarium view 2) For $1,500/night you can have a much nicer & bigger suite anywhere in Singapore

Hotel is clean and luxurious but the Ocean Suites is dated and completely overpriced ($1500USD a night). Yes, it has a view of the aquarium and it is in fact pretty novel and brilliant as a concept. But the rooms are across a parking structure far away from the lobby and entrance to that area in the building leaves much to be desired. We wanted to check the room out before committing to that exorbitant price and walked out without a doubt that it was not worth the price. Get a nicer room and just visit the aquarium!

Hi I am writing to extend my compliments to the staffs at RWS and I want to shout out to our Butler Mr Willy for leaving us with unforgettable memories for this special occasion.
Upon check in Mr Willy approach me to help me with my many luggage. As I'm planning a proposal I brought many decorations , I got a giant bouquet of sunflowers, macaroons were delivered earlier then my arrival. RWS handles my collections and deliver the items to my requested room swiftly.
As compare to other hotel in my experience I got rejection from the reception to accept the delivery as I have not check in and the poor delivery guy have to wait until all is sort out then he can carry on with his deliveries.
Once Mr Willy buggy me to my room, I was brought to a room tour by him. He showed me around and is very informative. He told me that if I need a buggy ride I could call this number. I felt very luxurious and well taken care off. He even took care of our breakfast queries, picking up my guest from lobby to our room.
Thank you for being part of my important day. You really can't complain trust me . As its a stay for a couple I feel everything really meets and even exceed our expectations.
If I must find fault it will be the closure of forest restaurant and the spa, unable to provide in room dinning service. Otherwise We feel very pampered. In a romantic place like sentosa In a romantic under water room She said yes.
Thank you RWS for being with me through my important occasion. After this I need to check out and check in to equarius hotel. I found out that they actually notice my reservation and have set a room with perfect view up for me. So there's no hassle to check in for me , I just collect my new room key and set off excitedly to equarius.
Im leaving a review in equarius separately. Thank you RWS. Constantly following up with me checking out if there's anything you can help. Keeping me updated and setting aside that specially assigned room for me.

The moment the blinds went up, the wow factor of this suite was evident even for 2 grown adults. To see stingrays and sharks just before one goes to sleep and for them to wake you up in the morning certainly makes the lofty costs all worth while. The villa itself can only be accessed via the underground carpark (next to the Ocean Restaurant), which can be a slight let down on first entrance. The villa itself is showing signs of standard wear and tear, but nonetheless, kept very clean with all amenities in good condition. The staff are extremely warm and friendly, and our butler Simon is most helpful and attentive. It must also be mentioned that the free mini bar is stocked generously, with a wide selection of drinks, and cookies from the famous Bacha. There is a choice of ordered Breakfast or a la carte at the adjacent Hotel Ora, and we opted for the later. Breakfast choices were abundant from the usual American, Continental, to the local delicacies, once again, it was the warmth of the staff that really stood out. One thing to note, the lights in the bedroom (with view of the aquarium) adjusts to a dim blue ambiance to protect the fish, therefore it can be slightly 'compressing' after a while, so unless you are a marine enthusiast, one night would be just right. A most worthwhile experience indeed.
