M Social is one of my favourite hotel for staycation at Robertson Quay. We stayed again in February before Lunar New Year. I fell in love with the Loft room and the cosy environmental that makes us keeps coming back. Service was excellent too especially the front desk staff. I would like to thank the Manager Anne and the rest of the team Armando and Charlene for the hospitality and friendly service. Looking forward for another unforgettable stay. ☺️

We stayed here for a week in January and liked it so much we went back for a separate week in February. Plus points were its location - no passing traffic, on the banks of the Singapore river, five minutes from the MRT at Havelock and within walking distance of some key areas. Breakfast was very good, with an attentive team managed by Naven. We loved sitting outside on their pavement terrace eating breakfast (and dinner) and watching Singaporeans taking their dogs for a walk along the riverside. In the evening the restaurant (ably managed by Carissa) was better than most along the Quay with a mixture of well presented and reasonably priced local and western foods. The rooms are small, but cleverly designed and well equipped. We stayed in a Loft Premium room, which was big enough not to feel claustrophobic for two people staying for a week at a time. I think the smaller, single storey rooms would be a tight squeeze for two people staying for more than a couple of nights. There was a good size pool and sunbathing area on the fifth floor which was well oriented for late afternoon sunbathing after a busy day sightseeing. I had trouble finding a sun bed once - but that was over the weekend of Chinese New Year when things were very busy. Finally - checking in and out was quick and easy and the reception team were ever helpful. Front office manager Sean went out of his way to accommodate our requirements, even looking after some luggage while we were travelling for a week, and Brandon checked us in and out seamlessly at the beginning and end of our stay. Minus point - if you could call it that - it is a very buzzy, brightly coloured, contemporary hotel which does break with tradition. This may not suit everyone - but we are an elderly pair of Luddites and were made to feel very much at home. I would happily stay here again.

We had the most memorable proposal at M Social Singapore thanks to May Xian, Anne and Armando! Thank you for offering to bring all our items to the room so that I had time to prepare the proposal for my Fiancée! 💖😀 The loft premier room was spacious and just nice for a couple, the bed is super comfy and front desk staff are friendly and helpful for us. The service is good but they let me wait 4 HOURS to get my room. We booked 2 rooms for 4+1, after 30mins waiting they gave us a 60$ voucher for food and drink to wait, 30mins later the first room was ready, but i still wait for the second room. After 3 HOURS and a lot of complaints, they gave us the second room with extra 2 hours (which we dont need because we already have our flight tickets). They said that the rooms are full but they confirmed our booking so they had to make it right. The only reason for the second star is the staffs attitude are very good.

Requested for special room arrangements for my husband’s birthday surprise. Anne from M Social had helped to arrange for the room decorations at a small fee. When we arrived the room was nicely decorated and there was complimentary white wine provided for us as well. Greatly appreciate the great service provided!

It was my first time staying at M Social, and it certainly gave an impression, as I instantly felt valued. From the moment we walked in, Armando is already serving the M social vibe with his warm welcome and bubbly personality. He efficiently handled our check in process and even introduced us to his Manager Anne who also consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our request and ensure that we had a pleasant stay. Stayed here for a holiday. Great and friendly service. Check-in was slow as only 2 counters are open. Room was clean with all the necessary amenities provided. Breakfast buffet is great but needs more healthy options. Ms Anne is always welcoming, sweet and full of energy. Thanks for always taking care and keep checking if we need anything. Great stay and will be back again.

Annie and Armando both are very helpful and easy to approach. Stay was very nice. Overall excellent experience. They have helped us to book the Taxi also. Room was very tidy, Clean and all amenities are there. It’s very easy to book day only hotel.
