Hotel is just 200m away from Lavender MRT station and around 50m away from Fairprice (grocery) and 711. 100m away from Kitchener Complex where ToastBox, Burger King, Subway, etc are located.

Only 4 floors. Make sure you get the Superior Room if you want to have a window in your room. Previously stayed at Value Hotel, and ibis Imperial is more spacious than Value Hotel. Noticed in the signages as well that this is previously Fragrance Hotel. Cleaning carts are found in the hallway.

Staff is great and friendly.

Cons:
You can hear some noises from other rooms or hallway. Shower partition is just a shower curtain so expect water in the toilet area when showering. Bathroom also has a smell like wet towels. Only 1 trash bin for the whole room. Doesn't provide bottled water but you can buy in Fairprice or 711 or Cheers. No ramp in the building entrance so you have to lift your luggage. There are also some people smoking near the hotel entrance.

Dear Ann, The Hotel Team is delighted to learn of your wonderful stay experience with us, from our hotel's convenient location and amazing hospitality team. Our hotel is indeed very accessible to city center and popular attractions via Lavender MRT station which is only 5 minutes walk from our hotel. There are also many amenities and eateries conveniently located in the vicinity. Being part of Accor chain of hotels advocating sustainability of the environment, we have stopped placing plastic bottled water in the rooms. Tap water in Singapore is potable and a kettle is also placed in the room. Your feedback has been shared with our hotel team as we continually look to improve our guest experience. We look forward to welcome you back again soon! Warm Regards, Roland Guest Experience Executive

Place is clean but hotel rooms are quite small with the basic amenities provided in the room. Staff are friendly. Used the SingaporeRediscover voucher for the tour cum hotel stay and price is very affordable thru changi recommends. Not required to top up much. Not a fantastic hotel but still ok for a night. There is many eateries nearby. Soi 47 nearby is great with aperia mall just across the street. There is restaurant in the hotel with dinning offers. Good for a try. Although it’s a budget 3 star hotel, there is a small swimming pool on the top level.

Location is very good, a few minutes walk to Lavender which is well connected on the metro for all the tourist sites and the airport, as well as about 10 mins walk the other way to another Merto line which is also well connected for Charles Quay etc. staff very helpful (airline had lost my luggage so the staff were helpful in receiving this when it caught up with me) and rooms were to the standard and commodity you expect for and Ibis Budget. Rooms tidy and clean and bedding and towels in good condition.

Avoid them if you can help.

Them swimming pool and the location is good, but they will OVERCHARGE you!!!
I stayed at the hotel in November for 4 days (from 13-17th of november, booked through booking.com) and despite the fact that they charged my card in advance for 1 night months earlier they made me pay for the 4 full nights with a vague promise that they will send back the 1 night they charged earlier. And guess what I am yet waiting for that to happen. And since another Ibis hotel in Singapore (Ibis Budget Singapore Clarke Quay) refuse to send back my money as well for 3 months now I think this is the norm with Ibis which is completely unacceptable!

Find another hotel with better customer care if you can. I think the only thing I can do now if this issues won't be solved very soon is start a chargeback against Ibis. If you don't want to deal with this king of things avoid them.

I stayed one night in Superior room. Although the room is small but just perfect for one person or couple. Good size bathroom with great water pressure for shower. Small minibar fridge in the room. My score for Deluxe room is 8/10.

My 2nd night I was staying in their Standard room. Room has no windows. Bathroom size is smaller than bathroom in Superior room. When I was in the bathroom I can hear the guests in the room next door talking crystal clear. No privacy for both guests staying next to each other. The hotel
management must fix this problem. My score for Standard room is 6/10

Location wise is great. Just less than 5 minutes walk to Lavender MRT station with many food stalls and supermarket around the station.

Our room didn’t have a window but air conditioning was at least working properly. The bathroom became flooded everytime we showered for only a few minutes. We could hear the people next door through the walls. There was no house keeping and we had to ask for toilet paper at the lobby once we ran out of it. The makeshift breakfast offer (seemed to be last night‘s leftovers) is definitely not worth 12.50 MR.
We have never had a bad experience like this at any ibis budget hotel before.
The hotel is close to public transport stations and a supermarket as well as cafés/restaurants which was good given the horrible breakfast.

Where can I start from?
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! As soon as we arrived, we were 'welcomed' by construction work next to the reception area. The noise was incredibly loud so we asked for a solution. They changed our room from the 2nd to the 4th floor and although the noise was a bit quieter, it was impossible to rest. I know renovations are needed but they never told us in advance and when we contacted them via Booking.com they did not want to negotiate some sort of compensation or even an apology. We had very noisy neighbors which is not the hotel's fault, however, the paper-thin walls did not block any of the noise and we could hear conversations and their TVs so clearly from most rooms on our floor. So so so noisy. The A/C unit started to drip onto the bed in the middle of the night. Not much but enough to wet the bed sheets and make it very uncomfortable. You need to switch on the heating 5 minutes before you take a shower but the hot water only lasted around a minute.

The experience staying in this room was very satisfying.

The design of the room is simple but modern, with a comfortable and clean layout. The beds provided are very empty, making sleep more pleasant. The bathroom was also clean with complete equipment.

In addition, it is strategically located, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre and public transportation stations.

The easy access makes the experience more comfortable. Highly recommended for those looking for a practical but still quality accommodation.

Checkin at 12 am midnight. From Changi Airport. Then checked out at 8 am to attend a meeting in Asia Square 12 Marina View. No windows in room. But good sleep for 6 hours as very quiet. No chance to use swimming pool. Jog to 24 hour Mustangs center 1 km away in the morning. Nearby food court and minimart at Lavender station on EW line 10 min walk or about 650 meters away.

Even though it's a budget hotel, the breakfast was hearty and delicious. The staffs were also very helpful. Exploring the neighborhood was a breeze due to its close proximity to supermarkets, hawker centers and most especially, MRT. Kampomg Glam can also be reached by foot.
