Fragrance (Oasis) has given me a very pleasant stay and made me felt I have made the wise choice in choosing it to be my accommodation. Rates were very good too !
Room were clean and well equipped for daily stay. Aircon is good with strong water pressure hot showers.
The reception personnel have made me felt at home every time when I return to the hotel.
Very very convenient location too with a bus stop just right beside the entrance that provide buses to various locations in SG. Superb !
I will only return to Fragrance Oasis in future and recommend others to consider Fragrance Oasis !

Indeed, Fragrance Hotel - Oasis enjoys a good location, which is well loved by many guests seeking an affordable and comfortable accommodation here in Singapore. There are 24hrs convenience stores, not to mention a 24hrs food court serving local delights for hungry diners. Eateries are aplenty in this area, which guests should not miss sampling Chicken Rice and Bak Kut Teh (Pork RIbs Soup) during their stay here. Just a stone's throw away is a bus stop where guests can board a bus service to places such as Bugis Street, Central Business District, HarbourFront and VivoCity Malls. Additionally, guests can also hop onto a bus and head to the nearby Novena MRT Station for travel to the various parts of Singapore. Before I made a prepaid, advance booking on my account with agoda at Fragrance Hotel Oasis for 2 of my visitors (male, not a couple), i called the property and they assured me that i could book a room with a window and 2 single beds since my booking was 2 mths away and that all i had to do was to put it in the request section and the hotel would manage it. this was not the case upon arrival. the hotel promised that my guests would be moved to the correct room on day 2 but for day 1, they would have to stay in a tiny room with no windows. Day 2 was worse. they were shown to a room with a big bed that had a divider in between. My guests were terribly upset. Hotel maintained that nothing else could be done. they REFUSED to refund the rest of the 7 day stay, citing policy etc. Agoda was no help either. Fragrance even got my guests to sign a waiver that was not in their native language and which was not clearly explained to them and in it, was a clause for refund which the hotel staff glazed over despite my guests telling them that they want a refund and despite me having already spoken to the hotel staff and written to agoda insisting on a refund. Fragrance conveniently informed me that "your guests did not select the refund". Such underhandedness is unacceptable and i have instructed Agoda to delete my account with them.

I spent two nights as a single at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Marc at the front desk helped with directions, bus routes, airport transportation, and dining suggestions. He could not have been more helpful. The location is great for public transportation and nearby activities.
As a single traveler the room was safe, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Singapore.

As our hotel runs on near full capacity regularly, it was highly likely that all available rooms with double beds had already been assigned out during the time of your check-in. Recently my husband and I stayed at the hotel and find that the hotel is located at a good location with the bus stop right in front of the hotel. Bus No. 130 or 145. Next to it is a food court where you can catch a bite. The receptionist is friendly. Though the room is not big but it's good for a night stay. I would recommend this place. Linda

This is the 3rd times I booked Fragrance Oasis. It's a good alternative who need a clean & comfort place to stay with low budget. Bus stop is just in front of the door which make us easy to travel anywhere. Excelent!

Room was adequate. 10 min bus ride to nearest MRT. We stayed 2 nights and had 3 more nights booked when we returned to Singapore at end of our holiday. Death of my mother required us to return much earlier than expected and needed to cancel last 3 nights. I asked if we could use one of the paid for nights as we passed through Singapore and if any refund was available. No, no. no. Fragrance hotel management cancellation policy is utterly inflexable. Even with 10 days notice no refund of any sort and no transfer of paid night on our unexpected early return. Knowing that I would never stay at another one their hotels. This is the reason for low rating. Mean and greedy There are plenty of other hotels in Singapore. Advise do not pay in advance

To clarify the situation, our Reservations Department had only received a call from our booking partner, Agoda to inform of your situation during the late evening of 14 Mar, which is also the day of your arrival. In order to review your cancellation waiver request, the hotel had requested for the relevant document from you, which we unfortunately did not hear from you or Agoda until this review posting. All hotel guests enjoy complimentary usage of the Wi-Fi service during their stay with us. While the hotel has a network infrastructure that is capable of catering to guests using it's Wi-Fi service, there are occasions when guests are using more than one device to access the internet at one time, thus using up more bandwidth. This could have resulted in the guests experiencing a slow Wi-Fi usage.
Generally speaking, the majority of our hotel guests did not encounter any issues with their Wi-Fi usage.

We would recommend to check in at the airport two hours before your flight. The travelling time from the hotel to the airport is expected to take about 20mins. However, you would need to take into account of the peak morning working hours (Unless you are departing on a weekend). Hence we would suggest you to board the taxi from the hotel at 0730hrs. The cost of the taxi fare is about SGD22 (SGD15 on weekends due to no surcharge).
During the morning, you may experience difficulty hailing a cab from outside the hotel. As such, you may wished to consider booking a cab in advance through our Front Desk Staff. The booking fee is as follows:
1) Mon – Fri: 6.00am to 9:30am: SGD3.30
2) Mon – Sun & Public Holidays: 6.00pm to midnight: SGD3.30
3) All other times (Including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays): SGD2.30
4) Advanced Bookings (At least half an hour in advance): $8.00

Please find the recommended transportation options for travelling from the airport to the hotel:
1) For subway travel, board the train (East-West Green Line) at Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2) and alight at Lavender MRT Station (EW11). The journey will take about 29mins (Excluding waiting time) and costs SGD2.30 per person. From the station (Exit B), you have to take a short 10mins taxi ride to our hotel and it will cost about SGD6.
You may also wished to know that if you are arriving before 0530hrs or after 2300hrs, the only available options are the taxi and airport shuttle, since the train will only operate between these hours.
2) You may also consider taking the airport shuttle (Available 24hrs) at the cost of SGD9 per adult and SGD6 per child. Kindly note that this service operates at every 15 or 30mins (For non-peak hours).
3) Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly from the airport to our hotel. It will take about 25mins and costs between SGD19 and SGD27, depending on the time of travel, which might be subject to surcharge.
