I’ve been here for a month at Ascott for work, the service here is great and so do people. Huge thanks to Alma, who helped me a lot and always provided me whatever I need timely. With the help and good service, I feel like being at home. Nice hotel to live in when you come to SG!

Great stay, hotel rooms very clean, great for families with all of its amenities. Staff are so friendly and helpful especially when our son was sick on day of checkout - they were understanding and allowed us to stay longer without charging more for a late checkout. This was even after they had given us a free upgrade for the room too :). We really enjoyed our stay. Location also great to the night markets and easy scenic walk to MBS!

This property is conveniently located in business area and is surrounded by the headquarters of almost every bank. Additionally, it is in close proximity to Boat Quay where you can take a leisurely stroll and find a variety of restaurants. If you're in search of local food, Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat (a food court) is just a 100m south-bound walk away. I booked the Cutler Suite and was pleased to find a spacious and clean room complete with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offers a gym, living room, swimming pool, and more. The breakfast had a fairly adequate variety of choices and the made-to-order egg dish was lightning fast. In terms of transportation, the MRT is the most convenient option as the hotel is located at Exit I of Raffles Place MRT Station (NS26/EW14). Even on a rainy day, you can easily walk into the MRT station without the need for an umbrella.…

Alma has been exceptional from the housekeeping team in Ascott Singapore. She is independent and does a really good job of maintaining our unit. We've had some not so great experiences with other staff at Ascott Singapore but Alma knows her job, sports a smile and leaves the unit spic and span. Thanks Alma!

Stayed at this service apartment during one of the weekends. This time round gotten a free upgrade to a brown suite room (1806) based on my Ascott elite membership and a late check out. Have to thank Mel (the duty manager) during this entire stay. She showed great and warm hospitality throughout the entire stay. Basically she has this great personality and positive vibe that not a lot of people has. Breakfast is provided in this stay. Overall food is not too bad. Just a small suggestion, always good to have the hot food warm up continuously throughout the entire breakfast session.

Had a 2 days 1 night stay in Finlayson Suite. It was surprising as the staycation went smooth coz as a service residence apartment, it was much better than 2 hotels that I had previously stayed in. Staff hospitality and service were good. Best parts of my staycation were the room decor/furnishing and the pool! Also celebrated friend's birthday in the hotel as well. Love the suite balcony, though its old. But the cbd view was so beautiful. And Ascott Raffles is very near to Mrt station! Maybe just a tip : Happen to see mamy ascott branches having their own instagram profiles but sadly I couldn't find one for ascott raffles singapore. Maybe , ascott raffles can consider one to create an instagram profile. Thank you ascott raffles for the small surprise treats as well - biscuits and drinks. Wifi was perfect!…
