I made the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard my home base while working in Singapore between September 2021 and March 2023. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and kitchen facilities perfect for an extended stay. The gym has good, well maintained equipment and the pool and spa areas were exactly what I needed for my stay. The location provides easy access to Orchard road, and the Somerset MRT. What truly distinguished the Pan Pacific was its welcoming and professional staff. I’d specially recognize Miss Lueda and her team in the kitchen, who welcomed me by name every morning and provided delicious breakfasts. Allyson and her team at the front desk also greeted me by name while coming and going, and were prompt and cheerful in addressing my requests. The housecleaning staff also provided quality daily cleaning of my room, including washing dishes. Highly recommend the Pan Pacific Orchard. …

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Pan Pacific Service Suites. Everything was perfect. Outstanding location, great convenience, food next door with so many options, MRT next door. Decorations are perfect. I loved the gym and Spa facilities. Best breakfast, what else you need? I would love to go there again and highly recommend.

My family and I had been fortunate to be able to stay for about nearly 2 months at this exceptional service apartment this year. The location was a perfect introduction to Singapore and the caveat was the morning breakfast which ran Mondays to Saturdays. A special shout out must go to the breakfast lounge staff and cooks for their hard work, dedication, friendliness and diligence in serving us. We were truly grateful and had a good experience.

I had a lovely multi-month stay at the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay, and were attentive and professional. The room is immaculate and a generous size for Singapore standards, and the amenities (pool, jacuzzi room, fitness center etc) are kept immaculate at all times. Great option for expats moving to Singapore!

Stayed for 5 weeks and it was our 2nd time staying here. So far its the best serviced apartment in Singapore, the breakfast is delicious, the housekeeping clean our room really well, the staffs are all friendly and remember each of our names. Also perfect location.

Fabulous location, great generous sized room (king bed, excellent!) with everything you could need. I was very impressed with the staff, price and amenities. The breakfast is generous and was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended for mid length stays.

Stayed here for 6 weeks and had a very good experience. The staff at this location are very attentive, friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very convenient. We had everything we needed : washer cum dryer in the unit, kitchen with basic utensils. The bed was very comfortable and there was sufficient storage space as well. The housekeeping staff was very sincere in their daily cleaning. The complimentary daily breakfast was very good. Nice spread with a healthy change of choices each day. The staff at the breakfast lounge were very warm and inviting which made it even better. The common amenities were also well maintained. This includes the swimming pool, gym, living room with pool table, massage chairs and a conference room that you can reserve if needed. The location of this apartment is excellent. The Somerset MRT is literally downstairs. There are so many malls and eating options around. In short, we couldn’t have asked for more!…
