The hotel displays itself as a luxury hotel hilton branded online but in reality it is just a normal hostel type hotel. No room service as due to limited staff. The rooms are old and has moths deposited around them. Rooms are very noisy due to faulty air conditioner in the rooms. The staff is rude. Rooms are sufficating. Do not fall for this trap. Better book grand copthorne, furama which are of same range... Usually we indians have a habit of expecting good hospitality because we are best in it but trust shatteres in this place
In the heart of Little India district. Metro station: Little India. Taxi fare from the airport: 35/45 SGD with trafic Next to a Hindu temple. Very good experience in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, queen size beds, very convenient. Staff helpful and nice especially Timothy and the taxi attendant. One thing to improve: a place or bar where we could relax and get a drink in late evenings listening some music.
This hotel aims to please to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Extremely pleasant front line staff, as well as management. Chandra Morgan goes beyond the call of duty! I lost and item (gold earring). Great news today that it’s been found, and will be posted to me ✅. The cleaning staff were so helpful while I was staying. The breakfast and atmosphere was 5 star, thank you for this! This hotel has everything one would need While travelling! MANY THANKS
This hotel is lacking cleanliness and a place i will never stay in again. Towels had blood stains on it and were grey, unknown stain on my hotel floor, mold in bathrooms, hair which was laying around when i arrived and stains on pillows. Disgusting!! Location wasn’t great, had to take taxis to the city as it was not a close walk and there were no good stores around the hotel.
Do not book this hotel expecting a Hilton. It is a budget hotel brand without the Hilton frills. Despite this, it is very expensive for what it is. We arrived with three young children and there is NO bellboy, so we lugged the kids and our baggage up ourselves. There is very little floor space - the rooms are so cramped and no good for children. We received four towels per day only, despite there being five people in our family. Same with drinking water. We found the breakfast buffet extremely disappointing, stale and cheap food options. We didn’t even bother eating there on the final day. Our fault for not realising that price does not always mean quality. However, we found housekeeping to be friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is its saving grace and it is a short walk to many delicious Indian restaurants and the MRT station.…
Nice hotel in Little India, perfect as HQ for our 4-night jaunt in SG. The location is a festive Indian community with plenty of Indian restaurants, shops, religious and cultural venues. Lots of people around on Sunday, must be a celebration day. You can find literally everything for sale in the mega shopping malls. It was just an 8-min walk to the MRT station from where we can easily and cheaply reach all Singapore tourist attractions. Rooms were fairly sized for 2. They have a wonderful, extremely satisfying breakfast buffet which may be extra unless you're a gold Hilton Honors member. They have Indian fare, dimsum, as well as the traditional western breakfast. Pool was there but had no time to use it. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is located in the middle of little India so if you're a fan of India you might enjoy the location. Rooms are bit run down, example the chair see photo. I asked for nice view so they put me on higher floor but room was just facing the wall of next building. Clearly the staff has no clue about the rooms. Then it was very noisy at night, not sure where the noise came from. Moved me to anther room and the same noise. And this time the windows were frosted due to some government regulation to not spy on the president residence. Not hotels mistake but keep that in mind. And the fact they put me in such rooms after I specifically requested room with nice view is quite poor service.
The hotel is located in Little India - which is not central but good location for several other reasons. Little India stands out in Singapore, and definitely makes you feel like you are in different world to the rest of Singapore. It’s totally worth visiting, even if you are not into the temples - the food. The Indian food you’ll find here is fantastic and cheaper than the rest of Singapore. Also, the location of the hotel is convenient for several MRT stations within walking distance (10mins) that can take you to anywhere around Singapore. The rooms in the hotel are rather small, but have everything you might need during your stay. The standard of the rooms is high, and so is the cleanliness. Breakfast very good, but for the 3 days we stayed, very busy, meaning you might need to sit outside. Pool is small with not a large amount of lounges. I would come back to this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers.…
Stayed for 3 nights during a stopover between Dubai and Bali, stayed in room 401 in the annex, definitely a compact room but still ok, hotel overall was clean, comfortable and the staff were very pleasant, in the heart of little India, which definitely leaves a lot to be desired, very untidy area, spoilt by the locals leaving rubbish all over, on the bright side if you like Indian food it’s an ideal place to stay, restaurants everywhere
Rooms were small but clean and well maintained, Breakfast spread was limited and repetitive, lunch menu was limited but you have good hotel close by if you prefer Indian cuisine, Hospitality was great. Overall a good value for money.
