To start, the room is very tidy and clean which I feel is the most important criteria for any hotel. It looks modern as well, with a good view from any floor. It is also reasonably spacious and doesn't feel too cramped. Bed is comfortable and pillows are fluffy. TV works with a good amount of channels. There is also WIFI. All the essentials are provided - towels, kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, fridge, etc. The bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner are specially sourced which is a nice added touch, as was the three different type of tea bags and two types of coffee. Service-wise is pretty standard. The staff were polite, yet quick. Breakfast was marvelous with a surprisingly wide selection of Oriental, Indian and Continental dishes and beverages; in addition to a separate egg station. The overall experience was very positive. We had quite a lot of luggage, so the room did feel a bit cramped, with limited hanging space for clothes. Room were clean and fresh. We stayed in 2 other hotels in Singapore, 1 budget and 1 luxury and this hotel was the only one with a bidet spray, a big plus in our books. Breakfast was very good, again the only hotel to provide this included in the room cost. Staff were very helpful, particularly printing documents (Covid test results etc) for our return home.

Newly opened hotel, still fresh. This was a great location with 3 metro stations within walking distance and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Breakfast available every morning a good selection. Staff really amazing and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Great cleanliness. Little India is very close-by, lots of shopping and eating places nearby. We had an amazing time in Singapore and would definitely return and stay here again.

It was our first foreign trip and first concern on mind about gettting a comfortable stay was addressed I the initial minutes of arrival by the friendly front office staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Very good quality break fast is served in the morning along with Grab and go option. Thanks a lot to Holiday Inn Express for making our stay memorable that it is stil fresh in our mind after an year ( stayed from Aug 17-23 2019) . The hotel is located at a very convenient location with excellent connectivity to all tourist locations and Airport.There is a bus stop right infront of hotel and 3 metro stations at a walking distance. There are lot of Indian dining options near by too.

The People at the Front desk the day I checked in were a blessing. MY reservation date was wrong but they accepted the rate I booked under. I was so grateful for that. The hotel room was nice and new. The location is on a main street so getting around was super easy. I used grab while there but you can walk to many spots to eat. Singapore was our first stop in our Southeast Asia trip... The breakfast was your standard buffet.

We stayed as a family. The service was good and the breakfast was simple but excellent with fruit yoghurt and cereal and a western, Chinese and Indian dish each morning. I particularly enjoyed the Indian breakfast. The rooms are very small but clean and convenient to little India.
