I have stayed here a couple of times in transit to and from Europe. It is excellent. You can book in for a couple of hours, rest and shower and be refreshed for the rest of the journey. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable.

Our family had a very long layover of around 11 hours and had tried to book this hotel over the web from Phuket without luck. Nonetheless, we decided to visit the hotel in person to see if we could get a room. The hotel is easy to find, up an escalator to the first floor. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful, they were able to get us a room for 4 people and made suggestions to save us time and money. The room was very clean and tidy and quite new. The experience exceeded our expectations and the cost was quite reasonable for a 6 hour block, which we extended by an hour at SGD25.00 per hour.

Very clean and comfortable. Use of a bathroom....great after a long haul. Economical, full cooked breakfast in the lounge came included in the price of my room. As they need your flight details upon booking, they then provided info about your transfer flight too.

After 20 hours of flying from California with a 11:30pm arrival in Singapore, the Ambassador Transit Hotel was exactly what we needed for a shower and six hours of rest with the ability to lay down in a dark, quiet room. Make sure you check the terminal your flight lands in and book a hotel in that terminal. We were able to find the hotel with the help of airport workers, check in with ease, and we were in our hotel room in no time. The hotel walls are very thin, so we overheard some conversations and a baby crying during our stay but it was preferable to trying to rest in the airport. We appreciated the WiFi and the free breakfast. Initially, we were a little concerned about our inability to pick up our baggage after our flight, but our bags were waiting for us safe and sound

First of all experience is based purely on budget room and I was checked in at 1.15am until 7.15am. Checking in was a breeze although there was a bit of queue, room was great albeit compact (approx 2x4m) and clean too. Short of amenities due to budget room and only bath towel provided. Showers and toilets are communal however the size of bathrooms are bigger than the room itself and clean too. Although its a communal however there are numerous scattered around the hotel. Lastly, air condition controller are not working and it will be cold in the morning as it was preset at 20c and I'm unable to turned-off. NOTE: Booking in advance are advisable as it was fully booked even at midnight. Be aware if you landed from different terminal as skytrain only operates until 1am and
