I booked a 2 bedroom executive apartment over the CNY festive period. The pre-stay service and recommendations by both Kellynn and Colin were fantastic and they were attentive to our needs for a 3-gen staycation. The apartment was clean and staff on duty were friendly and went out of their way to help us. It was a pity we didn't get to try out many of the facilities but the development is well designed with ample quiet space for couples, families and visitors. Being in the Tg Pagar area means it's surrounded by amenities and close to the train station as well. Complimentary parking is available as well. Would definitely recommend for families.

We stayed six nights in a one bed deluxe apartment. They were superbly furnished- fully equipped kitchen including washer / dryer which was really useful if travelling on from Singapore. Daily cleaning service and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was excellent - everything you need to set you up for the day (6.30-10.30am). Reception is on level 7 of the building. Taxi rank just outside. Outdoor pool area was lovely on hot days. Very clean and safe. Good poolside bar and snack service. Bathroom was split with a walk in shower ( incl toiletries) and sink, and another sink and toilet opposite which was useful. Air con worked great and was quiet. Very comfortable beds and pillows and great storage. Two TVs incl sky news channel. We are out every night but you could easily eat in the Oakwood and or cook in your room ( dining table / chairs in entrances area). Overall a superb way of enjoying 5 star hotel services but with more independent living and laundry facilities. I would highly recommend 👍.…

We book 3 room here. Really awesome and beyond expectations. Guest Service Mr Brandon was so helpful to help us to resolve some issues. Oohh ya, got this lady too.. Helping out wif my cousin check in. Very Cheerful we had a good laugh. Mr Ryan, i think his a In house Security never failed to greet me with his beautiful smile & very helpful. Housekeeping, perfect. He help us and fullield all my request with no hussle. Overall we all happy and is the right choice to celebrate our mum`s burfday celebration. We love ur Service.

Right in the middle of CBD lies this amazing hotel. It is walking distance to major shopping malls, MRTs and food courts. The staff were all stellar and even called in the night before to inform me that I could only check in after 2pm, and offered a late check out till 6pm. Check in only took me 15 minutes from when I entered the lobby to when I received my room key. The service staff was welcoming, efficient and through in her explanations. The room, was thoughtfully laid out and had a homely feel to it plus it was impeccably clean. It was a perfect getaway for my friends and I and we look forward to returning to this hotel soon!
