A happy weekend accommodation. Besides value for money for Crystal Club Room Promotion, also well served by the Club Lounge staff; Joane, Ronaline, Angeline and Dorothy not forgetting Guest Service staff Samm. They were friendly, accommodating and served with passion and smile. The hotel has a decent gym and great pool. It's a good location to museum, night life entertainment...

We stayed at this hotel for four nights at the end of a 15 day trip. When we arrived check in was prompt and we were told that we had been upgraded. We were also told that breakfast was included. I questioned this as I felt sure we hadn't booked breakfast due to the very high cost. In the morning...

Hotel was fantastic. Staff are so helpful. Air conditioning was great and room very comfortable. Close to Singapore River with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are the best way round as fast and cheap. Always available from the hotel concierge.

We were sailing into Singapore and were recommended this hotel. Unfortunately it was Grand Prix weekend and we had to pay £300 a night. It most definitely was not worth the money, but in fairness all hotels would have been overcharging. The room was good, though the shower was erratic. Lovely pool, which was welcome after the heat of the day....

Stayed at this hotel as this is part of our corporate hotel, while attending a symposium in Sentosa Resort. Did not really have the time to explore the surrounding, however within walking distance are a lot of eating places, pubs ... The hotel is location is good and very convenient. It's a just a walking distance from good restaurants and shopping malls. Key attraction sites such as the Singapore River, Merlion Park, and Singapore National Museum are just a stone-throw away. Chinatown, Little India and Orchard Road are easily accessible by train or bus. For those who don’t like to use...

Stayed at the Park last week for 5 nights. Their pictures on the websites of the rooms are quite misleading. We had to change our room the first night as it had a terrible smell. They are much smaller than they look and I would rate the bed as the worst I have ever slept in anywhere. They did move...

Dear Janet B Thank you for your kind compliments to our Chef Concierge Ali. He is indeed an asset to the organization. As for the bed mattress, hotel does provide softener top to be placed on top of the mattress to help soften the bed. To be frank, we do receive great compliments for the mattress. The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
