So, we chose this hotel thanks to the photos provided on Booking in addition to some reviews of course, overall, it's quite a successful experience, the fastest check-in I've ever experienced, the breakfast nothing to say, the location is superb, but, it may be a mistake on our part because we did not consult the size of the rooms, but they're not really rooms, they're just cabins, small cabins, staying there with 3 is a little difficult, especially since we're a family, and it's fine for a couple or a single person, but not for a family: the sink is in the cabin, and there's barely enough room to move around. What's more, and this is the biggest drawback, there's no closet where you can put your clothes, so we had to keep them in our suitcases, bearing in mind that we were doing a tour of Asia and therefore had a lot of clothes and 3 large suitcases, it was really difficult to deal with the small space and the suitcases lying around, and of course the clothes, in addition there was dirt under the top bunk, because yes there is a bunk bed, but once again it was a bit my fault because I lacked mentioned it to the staff. Basically if you are a family (father, mother, brother...) that you like to have a little space and privacy, it is better to avoid this hotel.…

This is a good modern hotel with friendly staff situated in a popular location. The rooms are on the smaller side but if you intend to be away from the hotel most of the time then that is not a problem.

Loved our stay!!! So many wonderful things to say. Comfy bed, no noise from adjoining rooms, great view, very clean, staff very attentive, easy check in check out, restaurant very professional and best cocktails ever had.I was there to celebrate my birthday they left me a card and cake in my room, I was blown away. Would definitely stay again!!!

Travelled with my dad and brother. Yotel was easy to find and location was good. The room and service matches the rate. Relatively clean, not much space for luggage some of the usb ports were not working. There was no twin bed available and the bed was a bit small for two adults. Nonetheless, we did not expect much so it was a decent stay overall.

The first impression is cleanliness. The room looks comfortable, bright & clean. Although it is small but for me is good enough. Recommend for individual or a couple for normal room but for family, it is better to upgrade to a bigger room.

This hotel is a step into the future. With an automatic and self check-in and checkout, this hotel offers a clean and comfy stay, with a great view for the city! The breakfast has a lot to choose from and the restaurant has delicious food. We really enjoy staying here, and we recommend it!

It's a nice hotel especially for a solo travellers but I wish the pool was open till midnight and it would be nice to have a bath robe in the room. The location was good, mrt was just 8 mins away. I would definitely go back again.

I have stayed at Yotel Orchard 3 times with family. 1st time in July 2022, 2nd time in July 2023, and 3rd time in Sep 2023. Thanks a lot for upgrading me to First Class Queen Suite (R3019) during my 3rd stay. It was an amazing experience with great city view as well as spacious bathroom and balcony. My family and I have always love Yotel Orchard because of its super convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Nearby is Shaw House and ION is just around 7 mins walk from the hotel. Both reception staff and housekeeping staff were helpful. Yoshi and Yolanda were great, too =D Certainly I will choose Yotel for my next trips in Singapore.

the view with balcony is very nice but no room to hang clothes very clean sheets though, we didn't eat inside the room but on the 3rd night found ants inside the room and on the balcony! we are at the top floor
