I enjoyed every bit of amenity this hotel has to provide. I also liked every freebie that they gave. Overall, the experience made me feel I was at home resting combined with a certain level of luxury that I needed to get my mind off the stress from work.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is great walking distance to a lot of facilities. Very clean and hospitable, staff extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. Mr Stork roof top bar at the hotel is a must visit.

We arrived at the "Andaz Hyatt at 9am in the morning after a very turbulent ,sleepless overnight international flight. Th front desk staff could see we were pretty exhausted. We were prepared to sleep in the lobby until our room was ready. Alas, they immediately gave us a "Day room" free of charge to catch up on our sleep. And we did.Thank you. They contacted us at 3pm ",you're room is ready." We had a shower and went over to Bugis Mall for something to eat. The whole staff are so caring, diligent and attentive. The room had a great view of the harbor. The room itself, Calming and a nice mini fridge with free daily snacks and drinks. The Big bed was super comfortable,the shower and bathroom were perfect. Housekeeping were brilliant and the room was spotless after their daily service. My Only regret...We should have stayed there longer. Our visit was so relaxing and we were refreshed and rejuvenated after our visit. A Big Thank you to all the Management and Staff.…

pool was lovely. front desk staff so polite, helpful, welcoming. they answered all the questions (promptly!) we have even before arrival. Crib was ready in our room. Offered to heat up/deliver our leftovers even at 3am for a few nights...they always make sure all our requests are attended to during our 1+ week stay with them

good service, The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic.Breakfast is delicious and has many dishes to choose from.Room is clean and quiet. However, the swimming pool is right at the check-in area, so when using the pool, to pass many people, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room was not up to expectations and table was stained. They promised an update but had room that was normal. Seaview want not exactly Seaview that you paid for. Front office at check in was long wait with only one staff at 1230pm.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Taxi prices were cheap from and to airport. MRT is connected to the hotel which is another option to the airport if you have minimal luggage. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great and the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You for the great experience.

I was recognized and thanked for my Hyatt loyalty. Central location with Bugis MRT right below the hotel. You can take the MRT from Changi airport to hotel. There is a room to the left of check in area where drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. Extensive buffet breakfast of Western and Asian spread in three different rooms in "Alley on 25". Very helpful front desk staff available to answer all questions. I would definitely stay here again.
