At the day for check in (2nd June, 2023), the front desk women informed that we can ask for change the towel with very nice and friendly gesture Another woman on Front desk at 4th Jun 2023 (red-short hair) did not agree change towel because that's hotel's policy even we say apologize we don't know that and dropped the towel on used basket already. Her face is unapproachable and unfriendly. This is so petty behavior.

This hotel is the worst in which I have ever been. Bathrooms and rooms were dirty. Breakfast in this hotel was also awful. Moreover somebody took some used clothes from our cabin… I highly do not recommend this hotel.

Yes,the pillows were fluffy. 1st time staying in a cube style hotel. Lovely district, Arab. Hotel was easy check in,/ out. Capsule was clean. Queen 1 of 4 in room. 2 up. 2 lower. Roller blind to insure privacy in Capsule. Key card entry to 4 Capsule dorm/room. Walls were not that sound proof so could hear clearly next room chatter. Carpet could do with a shampoo clean. Toiler/showers were clean. Combined bathroom could do with an exhaust fan as very steamy. Comfy bed/pillow. Breakfast could be better, but was acceptable.

I think this is by far is the best hostel in Singapore I have ever visited. The capsule is well ventilated and spacious. It has the space on the left for the luggage and hanging the towel Toilet is clean and most importantly have bidet Breakfast is considered very good for this price in Singapore

Capsule is clean and mattres comfortable although it’s a bit smelly don’t know from where (like in common areas). Staff is very kind and helpful, considering how expensive is Singapore it’s not bad but for sure they have to improve in toilets renovation and cleanness. Breakfast it’s simple but enough for you to start the day plenty of energy.

A very very comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and the Singapore visitors center inside is also helpful. Hotel is at very picturesque location but metro and bus station is little far(approx 700m). It is value of money because it includes a nice breakfast as well. Capsule are clean with all amenities and with comfortable stay. Additional heads off to their air fragrance its too good. Toilets are little fussy but nice at this price point

not a lot could be complained, only have to do is Controlling, such as people wear shoes inside the rooms, shower room cleaning with fixed time... it is easy to get bus and mrt by few minutes walk, and easy to got food even midnight.

My first time staying at a hostel, ever! It was quite nice. My cube was a top bunk right by the door, I kept being waken up by people coming in and out so for light sleepers, maybe request to get a bed away from it. The receptionist was very helpful. I came in at 8:30am, way before check in time and asked if I could leave my belongings so I can start exploring the city right away without the burden of my luggages and she was gracious enough to let me. My only complaint is that it wasn’t cold enough for me, my now Canadian ass can’t tolerate heat very well anymore. The bathrooms, both the single toilet and the shower+toilet one, seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The checklist card on the door showed that someone has cleaned it mon-wed but I was there on a Friday and it showed that there has been a dirt build up. Aside from that, fantastic stay!
