We arrived during night time and have a very long queue when checking in. And we have 8 room. Was serve by kit. She was very polite and superb fast to get our room. she also good in explaination hotel facilities, breakfast entitlement. Next day moring we meet lobby and she still recognize us and great us. Breakfast was good.
I’ve been to Winestone for so many times, their food here is really worth it, their chef Ismael did a great job for the great dishes! I guess it’s also fair for the staff to have a Good review with their excellent service, most especially to Pandian who is very accommodating to us, Catherine who is very friendly , and Handel and Muqlish who attended us with great smile and good customer service. I think it’s not only the good food that I keep on coming back but because of the service they always render. I will surely keep on coming back here.
Memorable stay at Mercure Stevens on 27-28 Nov 2022! The check-in by Andrew was fast. Our requests for high floor with good view was acceded to. We were delighted when we went to our allocated room on Level 9. The view was very good (see photos). There is a bus shuttle to Orchard Rd. A lot of greenery. There is a lovely garden where we can sit and chat or work. The staff was really helpful. Jasmine, the Guest relations officer, came to speak to us and asked if we need anything. She adds a sparkle to our stay. To top it up, to our pleasant surprise, she offered us complimentary mocktails (we could not take alcoholic drinks) which was really good. Before we left, we met the Manager, Ragini who showed us around the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really sumptuous and palatable. We highly recommend Mercure at Stevens!…
After a long flight from the uk, I arrived early in the morning at the hotel. Hafiz was the perfect receptionist to serve me, ensuring that he secured me a room for early check in so I could start my week right. Couldn’t thank his efforts to secure this enough.
I would like to say thanks to Mr Shiva and Javier for helping me with the smooth check in. They are so kind and helpful tbh . Been to alot of hotel but never seen such helpful and kind people like them . Also not forgetting Mr Donovan from the operator. Such a friendly guy who really helped me with my requests. Room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was great ! Overall experience 5/5.
Stayed here for nine nights over the Singapore Grand Prix period and one night about a week earlier. While the hotel services were fine (though a big crowded) its been a complete nightmare getting Accor credit for my stay despite holding Accor Gold. I booked via the Accor website and credit should have been automatic. However I am now trapped in a Kafkaesque nightmare with Accor demanding a copy of my invoices. My stay was divided into three bookings and the hotel charged me twice (combining the second and third bookings into a single invoice but not reflecting the correct dates of stay - though the amounts add up properly to the sum of the three bookings). I have provided details and explanations multiple times to Accor but the saga continues. Posting this here in the hope of getting some attention to resolve this. …
We were served by Jeselle and her service and friendliness made up for the hiccup at the front desk upon check-in. Kudos to Jeselle!! High tea spread was really good and value for money! Thank you!!!!
Staff was friendly during my stay. The room they gave me was ok in size, but needs little facelift in my opinion. Nevertheless I would choose this hotel again. They apparently have a nice pool, which I couldn’t enjoy, because of the bad weather, maybe next time.
Went to L’Aperitif Bar and was greeted by Ally. When I drink cocktails, I always ask for the bartender’s recommendations based on my liking. Ally made for me a few and I was impressed. She knew exactly which ingredients to use and it comes together very well. Fantastic!
Very good check in, even though I was early. Wilson at the front desk was very understanding and found me a room quickly, showing exemplary customer service. Very pleasant! The breakfast is good too and the overall experience definitely good
