Welcome to Duxton Reserve - Echoes of 19th century elegance reimagined in the historic heart of Singapore. Duxton Reserve is perfectly situated in the island city-state’s central district and the eclectic heart of Tanjong Pagar where business, socializing, dining and nightlife take center stage. Duxton Reserve unites a row of heritage shophouses that have been restored under the gifted hand of acclaimed British designer, Anouska Hempel. The original design of this Urban Redevelopment Authority Architectural Heritage Awarded building features a diverse mix of Chinese, Malay and European elements. Guests are in for an eccentric elegant surprise as they enter the hotel that features large golden fans and strong hues of black, gold and yellow, layered with Oriental screens and calligraphy wallpaper from Anouska’s personal collection. It houses the glamorous bar Anouska’s as well as the iconic modern Chinese restaurant Yellow Pot.

A very nice hotel. The moment you step in, you have a different feel with the nice fragrance and uique oriental decoration. The check in is fast and the staff is friendly. We are lucky that they have provided 1 of the 2 signature opium rooms for us. The room has a very unique layout. Its mini bar is also very beautiful. Overall, definitely recommended for couples to stay.

The Pearl Suite of the Duxton Reserve come with a porch rarely seen at other hotels, which leads to the living room decorated mostly in white. The bedroom has a large bed and many storage cabinets. Very special bathtub. Explore the hotel walkways and the spaces on the street level. It's very beautiful.

Exterior look shophouse style, interior look gorgeous. Great customer service, smooth checking in. Room wise, simple and spacious, black door and white wall, pretty monochrome. Amenities were just nice, didnt use their facilities as phase 2 is back again. Suggested should put slightly more lighting as most table top are all black, so pretty dark to chill and had our meals there.

My wife and I snuck away from the kids for a staycation over Chinese New Year. The hotel experience was fantastic, and the location really can't be beat -- there's just so many great things to do in the Duxton Hill area! The room was bigger than I expected -- I expected a NYC or HK style "city room" that was more like a closet, but it was relatively spacious given the central location, and the dark wood, nice fittings, and satisfying bedding made for a luxurious feeling even in the "cheapest" room type. The drinks and breakfast downstairs were fantastic! Small bites and fantastic cocktails kicked off our night out exploring the area, and we were very happy to have a delightful breakfast in the morning, with a solid mix of both Asian and Western options. Would definitely stay here again for both a romantic getaway and for a business trip where I wanted some style and fun instead of a stuffy Marriott.

We enjoyed a wonderful staycation here for two nights. The hotel is beautifully designed and the opium suite where we stayed is stylish and unique. The food at Yellow Pot and the drinks at Anouska's are delicious. Special thanks to Dahlia who welcomed us very warmly & graciously and Ivan at Yellow Pot who also stood out.Thank you for an amazing holiday, we hope to be back soon!
