The rooms are very small, they practically get over as soon as you enter. There is hardly any space to even fit in your baggage. The AC worked just fine. Lot of Indian food options at near by (including pure vegetarian). Its a good place if you plan to sight see through out the day and only need a comfortable...

After the initial surpise of getting a twin room for a couple, the hotel was kind enough to up grade to a double room. It was basic, but adequate. No splendid views but a place to rest and close to shopping and restaurants in Little India.

Cost effective hotel. Room was clean but small. Overall i can say ok. Tourist spot was near by this hotel. If you go for friendly trip i can recommend this. But before confirming anything please check your room. Perception may vary person to person.

Hotel is near to MRTline. Lots of eating places. Right in the centre of little India. Loads of choice for Asian and Halal food. Receptionist was extremely helpful. It is quite easy to go anywhere to Singapore as close to MRT.

Stayed with my family. It was hard to find the place. Opposite Amman temple. No breakfast. Restaurant around this place are expensive or crappy. Walkable distance to Mustapa mall. Stay here only if you have a lot of activities in the area, otherwise not worth the price.

Though the rooms are small, I am pretty impressed with the use of space. Rooms are clean and so are the bath room, bedsheets and towels. Its in a very good place in Little India near to Mustafa center and Indian restaurants. 2 MRT stations are at walkable distance.

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.

It would also be a big attraction for the more up-market visitors who are in town for business or for sourcing of luxury goods. The IT mecca of Sim Lim is a second major draw for Little India.
