Clean room and bathroom. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous.Location very near to Farar park MRT Station, this very well connected to all the attractions. Con - no restaurant attached to the hotel, so need go out for the breakfast, but you will find many indian restaurant nearby, one good veg restaurant is Komala's. Rooms are small. Other than this, we had nice stay in the hotel for five days.

The location of the hotel is totally perfect. Reachable for every thing. Not far from MRT and bus station. Surrounded by small restaurant, makes you really easy to choose. For the price that I paid, it is beyond my expectations. The staff are really nice, helpful and friendly. The house keeping cleans up the room everyday, even without you asked for. Totally recommended!!! Good price, excellent service, perfect location for food and transportation.

Excellent budget hotel near to many Asian shops, Mostofa shopping centre and tourist attractions. You can also purchase tourist attractions tickets at low price from hotel reception . Hotels cleaning staff clean room at daily basis.

Hotel staff is very good and helping. Very good location,Mustafa center is just 30steps away.. ferrarr park matro station is near to the hotel..If you want to keep luggage in hotel after check out time then they let it there totally free.

It’s very close to Mustafa shopping mall and so many restaurants around the hotels. Metro station and bus stop is so close to the hotel.Staff is very helpful. we have stayed in this hotel many times and hope to stay here in future also.

A fabulous hotel to stay. Super friendly staff, always ready to help and professional services. We stayed there for 4 nights with family of 2 children and their grandma. Apart from great location that hotel has, what stands out and shouts aloud is its friendly staff especial mention of Spencer here who gave his phone to us to be able to connect locally when needed without the slightest of hesitation. Truly commendable service given to us by Spencer, Jasmine,Pamela and the gentleman who took our check-in (sorry forgot his name). Just ask for recommendations and immediately you will receive ideas about places to visit and hotel offers the tickets to almost all the attractions at discounted price too...

Probably the best bugdet hotel in sing , close to ferrer park mrt , makes it very convenient, if you fancy musthapha, this is the place to be.. rooms are very small, but thats a given in sing.. but there are better hotels around the same area if you are willing to pocket out a bit more

We stayed in the Hotel recently for 3 nights at a family room (No 414) It was a great stay. The location is very convinient for travelling by MRT or Taxi. MRT station is just across the road. Good Indian food is easily available. Mustafa Centre is just round the corner. The staff is very helpful- especialy Mr Maeo, Ms Jasmine and the other lady. (Sorry I forgot the name) They honoured our early check in request and also guided us regarding the attractions to visit and the bookings.Hotel rooms are spick n span. The room size is good for Singapore standard (Usualy the rooms are quiet small in Singapore). So all in all a good hotel, value for money. Thanks Aparna

Good place to stay if wanna spend most time visiting around Singapore. For Indians, there are plenty of places to eat around. Easily accessable by taxi and MRT. Overall cheap and clean family stay with small rooms

Stayed here for 7days, and paid Php 36,000+ ($692.31). The room that we got have 2 beds (1 single, and 1 double bed), bathroom with hot shower, television, a mini dresser, and supplies of tea and coffee (which the management refilled every time they clean our room). The floor where it is located also has the hot water which can be found in the corridor. Rating (5-point rating scale): Price: 3 (Not satisfied) Location: 5 (Located near City Square Mall, walking distance to its MRT, and walking distance going to Mustafa) Staff: 4 (somehow friendly, and accommodating.
