Stayed here for 7days, and paid Php 36,000+ ($692.31). The room that we got have 2 beds (1 single, and 1 double bed), bathroom with hot shower, television, a mini dresser, and supplies of tea and coffee (which the management refilled every time they clean our room). The floor where it is located also has the hot water which can be found in the corridor. Rating (5-point rating scale): Price: 3 (Not satisfied) Location: 5 (Located near City Square Mall, walking distance to its MRT, and walking distance going to Mustafa) Staff: 4 (somehow friendly, and accommodating. We found the place spotlessly clean. The staff went out of their way to help us with directions and suggestions. We got bottled drinking water and clean sheets every day. The hotel is right acreoo the street from a major mall. The hotel is a block away from the MRT station.

You can expect great service from all staff members of the hotel, especially Mr Spencer & his team. 3 star hotel doesn’t do it justice especially with such an excellent service team! House keeping is on the dot too and won’t spare no expenses to cater to your needs. Many thanks to Spencer for such a warm hospitality and making us feel at home even in a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in SG or even just for leisure!

The rooms are clean and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is also very accessible: there is an MRT exit at the mall in front of the hotel and the 24hr Mustafa center in the back. We highly recommend staying in this hotel and we will definitely come back.

I have stayed several times in this place, because the place is close to a mall and a 24-hour shopping center, and also food from various countries, especially Malay, Indonesia, India which we will meet more, and I am happy because the staff is friendly among others Mr. Spencer, Ms. Cherlyl and Ms. Paulyn, our room was also cleaned by Iskandar who helped our room to be clean again, because I was allergic to dust. they know what I want is cleanliness. ms. Paulyn also helped give an opinion if we visited Singapur, any place that would be a tourist visit. Mr. Spencer also gave us gifts so we always remembered the team and this place. we will come back again if we get a vacation, hi Spencer team, wait for us at the end of the following year ...

We have booked a family room. two beds were there & no space even to keep our languages. however its next to Mushthapa Shopping mall & MRT is on other side of the road. you can travel anywhere from MRT form this location. there are many food outlets are around & you can enjoy any kind of food. booking was done through booking dot com & better to reserve a room after you physically seen it. AC was OK & they provide clean towels bed sheet daily. place is ok to just to manage your night,.

We had a great time recently spending 11 nights at the Tai Hoe hotel. Yes the rooms are a little small but they are excellent value for money due to their proximity to the MRT, vibrant location and cleanliness of rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
