Rooms were a bit small but decent with own toilet and bath, tv and good air-conditioning. They also have fast and unlimited WIFI. There were a lot of restaurants (budget to expensive) near the area. Walking distance (around 10min to 15min walk) to 112 Katong...More
Room rates are cheap. Sounds like a boutique hotel but more like a run down budget hotel.
Reception in one building and rooms are at another building (need to walk over). Rooms are very small and stuffy. Just ok for budget travelers.
Le Peranakan is cheap by Singapore standards. The single rooms are very small with a single cot, smaller than a normal bed and a bathroom resembling a cupboard. All the other hotel patrons sounded like mainland chinese, talking at a volume similar to an aircraft...More
